Mortgage Services. (a) At or prior to the Closing, Seller shall cause Technical Mortgage to redeem the interests of the Acquired Companies in Technical Mortgage for an amount equal to the capital contribution of the Acquired Companies in Technical Mortgage.

Mortgage Services. The Company may deliver to First American an invoice for Mortgage Credit Report Fees upon delivery of the underlying Mortgage Credit Reports to First American or its Affiliates, or at such later intervals as the Company determines. Each such invoice shall contain a description of the Mortgage Credit Reports provided during the relevant period and the amount of the Mortgage Credit Reports Fees for such period. Each such invoice shall be due and payable immediately upon receipt, and payment shall be made no later ninety (90) calendar days after receipt of such invoice.

Mortgage Services. When the Client determines that an Employee is eligible for mortgage assistance, Coldwell Banker will offer the services without obligation of an affiliated company, NEMOVES Mortgage Corporation (“NEMOVES Mortgage”) or a Coldwell Banker preferred lender, to provide Employees of the Client with mortgage assistance services as follows:

When the Client determines that an Employee is eligible for mortgage assistance, Cartus will utilize the services of an affiliated company, PHH Home Loans LLC d/b/a Cartus Home Loans (“Cartus Home Loans”), to provide Employees of the Client with mortgage assistance services as follows:
Mortgage Services. Purchaser and Sellers agree that they shall negotiate in good faith regarding the provision by Fortress Mortgage, Inc. of mortgage-related services to Purchaser and its Affiliates with respect to the Business, and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to enter into mutually agreeable documentation with respect thereto on or prior to the Closing Date.
