Monthly Retainer. The Company agrees to pay Consultant a monthly retainer in the amount of $5,000 per month until termination of this Agreement.
Monthly Retainer. In consideration for the services rendered pursuant to this Agreement and for the assignment of certain of Consultant’s right, title and interest pursuant hereto, during the Consulting Period, Client will pay Consultant a monthly retainer of $45,000 (the “Retainer”), to be paid within the first ten (10) days of each month, starting with the first month following the Effective Date of this Agreement. Consultant will submit invoices to the Client monthly, and the invoices shall contain at a minimum an accounting of activities performed and corresponding hours spent during the relevant period. Consultant will maintain, in accordance with generally-accepted accounting principles, complete and accurate records of the work performed sufficient to document the fees invoiced to Client for at least three (3) years following the date of the invoice, and will provide Client with such records at Client’s request.
Monthly Retainer. (a) Subject to the fulfillment of the Consultant's tasks and obligations under this Agreement, the Company shall pay the Consultant a monthly fee of USD 10,000 (the “Monthly Retainer”).
Monthly Retainer. Consultant shall receive, payable upon the first day of each month, (a) $5 000 (five thousand dollars) per month for the first five months, and (b) $15 000 (fifteen thousand dollars) per month thereafter, for the remaining term of this Agreement, unless otherwise modified by mutual written consent of the Consultant and the Company.
Monthly Retainer. Upon execution of the Agreement, the Company will advance the Consultant $9,000 USD on the 1st of each month until this agreement is mutually terminated subject to paragraph 12 herein.
Monthly Retainer. The Company will pay the Contractor a retainer of $85,000 per month for the first six months of operations known as Phase One. Following the execution of this Agreement, the Company shall cause to be placed into an escrow account, designated by the Contractor, the full six-month equivalent retainer value (i.e., $510,000). Starting the seventh month, the Company may deduct up to, but no more than, $20,000 per month for the purpose of the repayment of the Contractor's amortized start-up expenses during Phase One. Such amortization will be applied up to a maximum of $5,000 against sales commissions and $15,000 against installation fees.
Monthly Retainer. For the services provided to the Company as a director and until such time as the Board (or its designated Committee) establishes different compensation for its non-employee directors, the Company will pay to Director a retainer in the amount of $5,000 per month (the "Retainer") for each month that Director serves as a director of the Company. The Retainer will be paid to Director by the fifteenth day of each month. Director and the Company each acknowledge and agree that the compensation paid to Director for services provided to the Company may be amended or modified by the Board at any time and from time to time.
Monthly Retainer. Upon completion of a financing not less than $350,000.00, the Company shall pay Spartan a monthly consulting fee of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) per month during the term of this Agreement moving up to ($3000.00) per month upon funding of not less than $500,000.00, the first payment of which shall be due on the first day of the month immediately following the completion of a financing not less than $350,000.00.
Monthly Retainer. During the Engagement, the Company shall pay the Consultant a monthly retainer at the rate of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) per month, payable monthly in parallel with the regular payroll of the Company and the Subsidiary (the “Monthly Retainer”).
Monthly Retainer. CFSC agrees that it will pay Servicing a Monthly Retainer for overhead and related expenses incurred by Servicing related to conduct of due diligence on Asset Purchase Proposals related to the potential acquisition of Potential Assets during each month. The maximum (or base) amount of the Monthly Retainer shall be $20,000.00 with the aggregate amount of the cumulative Monthly Retainer amounts earned by Servicing (whether or not such amount has already been paid over to Servicing or remains due and unpaid) subject to adjustment in accordance with Article 4.
