This report displays Service User details (id, name & address) and the Adult Services contracted hours of care. The 'contracted hours' are the Service User's expected number of service hours per week. Individual provider spreadsheets are sent as an attachment, via email, to providers. The Providers populate the remainder of the Excel spreadsheet (provider planned & served hrs, chargeable S.U hrs, No. of visits & info/detailed reasons for variations) and return these again, via email to the Fairer Charging team. The Spreadsheets enable the Fairer Charging team to invoice eligible service users (subject to the outcome of their financial assessment) for the chargeable hours received.
