Modules. Igloo may, pursuant to a supplemental Sales Contract to be signed by the parties, make available to Customer optional additional functionality or features to Igloo Environments (including Igloo Applications), which may be provided as standalone applications, modules, plugins or components (each, a “Module”). Certain Modules may require Customer to agree to additional or separate pricing and/or terms of use applicable to such Modules, which shall be set out in the applicable Sales Contract.

Execution in this context means that the Bank executes a corresponding transaction with a third party in accordance with the Client’s order, in an appropriate market. In determining actual trading venues the Bank assumes that the Client wishes primarily to obtain the best possible price, taking all costs associated with the execution of the trans­ action into account. Since securities are generally subject to price fluctuations, a negative price impact on the Client cannot be ruled out in the period after the order has been placed but before it has been executed. Modules. Certain Modules (where available), as detailed in your Documentation, may be made available to you for 12 months from the Effective Date (as applicable to the relevant Module) as provided in the Documentation, in all cases, after the expiry of the 12 month period, you will be presented with different options to subscribe to the Module at the then current subscription price. We will give you reasonable notice of the price to allow you to decide if you would like to upgrade your subscription to include the Module. Should you choose to subscribe to the Module, these terms or the then current Subscription Licence shall govern your use of the Solution.

Modules. In addition to the above, the PV modules proposed by Seller shall comply with at least, but not limited to, the following:  IEEE 1262 “Recommended Practice for Qualifications of Photovoltaic Modules”.  System modules shall be UL1703 listed and CEC listed.  Modules shall be new, undamaged, fully warranted without defect.  If PV modules using hazardous materials are to be provided, then the environmental impact of the hazardous material usage must be disclosed, including any special maintenance requirements and proper disposal/recycling of the modules at the end of their useful life.
