Modifications and Terminations. The parties may amend this award through an exchange of correspondence between the authorized signatory of each or via formal amendment document. The award is subject to termination if FPAC determines that the recipient has failed to comply with the terms and conditions of the award. If the award is terminated, the guidelines at 2 CFR 200.339-42 will govern the obligations of the parties.

Modifications and Terminations. The terms of this Agreement, including the Period of Performance, Activities, and Budget defined above may only be altered by written Modification, initiated by an authorized designee of ABC, and accepted in writing by an authorized designee of the Cooperator. Termination of this Agreement is subject to the Terms and Conditions in Section D of Attachment 1, included in this Agreement.
