Missing Persons. The Employer and the Administrator shall not be required to search for or locate a Participant, Spouse, or Beneficiary. Each Participant, Spouse, and Beneficiary must file with the Administrator, from time to time, in writing the Participant’s, Spouse’s, or Beneficiary’s post office address and each change of post office address. Any communication, statement, or notice addressed to a Participant, Spouse, or Beneficiary at the last post office address filed with the Administrator, or if no address is filed with the Administrator, then in the case of a Participant, at the Participant’s last post office address as shown on the Employer’s records, shall be considered a notification for purposes of the Plan and shall be binding on the Participant and the Participant’s Spouse and Beneficiary for all purposes of the Plan. If the Administrator is unable to locate the Participant, Spouse, or Beneficiary to whom a Participant’s Accounts are payable, the Participant’s Accounts shall be frozen as of the date on which distribution would have been completed under the terms of the Plan, and no further notional investment returns shall be credited thereto. If a Participant whose Accounts were frozen (or his Beneficiary) files a claim for distribution of the Accounts within 7 years after the date the Accounts are frozen, and if the Administrator or Employer determines that such claim is valid, then the frozen balance that has become payable shall be paid by the Employer to the Participant or Beneficiary in a lump sum cash payment as soon as practicable thereafter. If the Administrator notifies a Participant, Spouse, or Beneficiary of the provisions of this Subsection, and the Participant, Spouse, or Beneficiary fails to claim the Participant’s, Spouse’s, or Beneficiary’s benefits or make such person’s whereabouts known to the Administrator within 7 years after the date the Accounts are frozen, the benefits of the Participant, Spouse, or Beneficiary may be disposed of, to the extent permitted by applicable law, by one or more of the following methods:

Israel shall cooperate with the Palestinian Authority in searching for, and providing necessary information about, missing Palestinians.

Missing Persons. Where an insured person has gone missing, a claim exists for benefits according to the sum insured for the event of a death. The insurer is only obliged to provide benefits if the insured person has been declared dead as part of a public notice procedure, the person has been publicly declared as missing, and a certificate has been provided. If the insured person has survived the period during which they went missing, the benefits that have been paid must be repaid.

Missing Persons. If the Trustee mails by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, to the last known address of a Participant or Beneficiary, a notification that the Participant or Beneficiary is entitled to a distribution and if (a) the notification is returned by the post office because the addressee cannot be located at such address and if neither the Employer, the Plan Administrator nor the Trustee shall have any knowledge of the whereabouts of such Participant or Beneficiary within three (3) years from the date such notification was mailed, or (b) within three (3) years after such notification was mailed to such Participant or Beneficiary, he does not respond thereto by informing the Trustee of his whereabouts, the ultimate disposition of the then undistributed balance of the Distributable Benefit of such Participant or Beneficiary shall be determined in accordance with the then applicable Federal laws, rules and regulations. If any portion of the Distributable Benefit is forfeited because the Participant or Beneficiary cannot be found, such portion shall be reinstated if a claim is made by the Participant or Beneficiary.
Missing Persons. If the recipient entitled to any payment to be made by the Trustee from the Trust cannot be located directly by the Trustee or through a reasonable procedure available through the Internal Revenue Service, the Social Security Administration or another governmental agency, the Trustee shall notify the Committee of that fact. The Trustee thereafter shall have no obligation to search for or ascertain the whereabouts of any payee under this Trust Agreement.
Missing Persons. If any payment directed to be made by the Trustee from the Trust Assets is not claimed by the person entitled thereto, the Trustee shall notify the Committee of that fact. Neither the Company, the Committee nor the Trustee shall have any obligation to search for or ascertain the whereabouts of any payee under this Trust.
