Minimum Payment Amount. If the New Balance is less than $30, the minimum payment is the full amount of the New Balance. If the New Balance is $30 or more, the minimum payment is the sum of (1) any past due amount and (2) the greater of: (a) $30 plus any late payment fees, or (b) 2.5% of the New Balance plus interest charges and any late payment fees. (For Visa Signature Cards, in addition to the foregoing amounts, your minimum payment amount will include the full amount by which your New Balance exceeds your credit limit.) For all cards, making only the minimum payment will increase the amount of interest you pay and the time it takes to repay your balance.

Minimum Payment Amount. The required minimum periodic payment is the greater of: (1) $25 or 2.50% of that portion of the New Balance that does not exceed your credit limit, plus the entire portion of the New Balance in excess of your credit limit, plus any amount past due, whichever is greater; or (2) the total New Balance as shown on your periodic billing statement if the balance is under $25. Unless specified otherwise, payments must be mailed to the address indicated on your periodic billing statement.
Minimum Payment Amount. Opera shall have no obligation to effect payment in any month in which the total amount Content Provider is owed is less than $200 USD. Amounts under $200 USD will be retained and accumulated with amounts accruing in subsequent months until 30 days after the end of the month in which the total amount payable comes to exceed $200 USD. Accumulated amounts shall not accrue any interest.
Minimum Payment Amount. Apps Club shall have no obligation to effect payment in any month in which the total amount Content Provider is owed is less than $200 USD. Amounts under $200 USD will be retained and accumulated with amounts accruing in subsequent months until 30 days after the end of the month in which the total amount payable comes to exceed $200 USD. Accumulated amounts shall not accrue any interest.
Minimum Payment Amount. Contingent and effective upon consummation of the Merger Agreement, the JetPay Companies shall pay to the Payees, as a partial payment of the Note Balance, an amount equal to the greater of:
Minimum Payment Amount. The minimum amount for payment of commission and bonus is one dollar ($1 USD or equivalent local curren- cy). Commissions and/or bonuses in an amount less than one dollar ($1 USD or equivalent local currency) for a pay period will accumulate until they equal or exceed one dollar ($1 USD or equivalent local currency).

Failure of the Purchaser to receive such amounts on such dates, shall be an Event of Default.
