Minimum Experience. Bidder must demonstrate all of the following experience requirements at the time of bid submission in order to be considered responsive:
Minimum Experience. Expert: • Typically someone that is a recognized expert or certified practitioner with a particular computer language, system or technology that can not only deliver capabilities, but can mentor and train others. • Generally requires eleven (11) years of experience specific to the skill and relevant training or certifications. • Expertise, training and actual work experience with the specific computer language, systems, and/or technology is significantly more important than the number of years of experience. This is especially true with emerging technologies.
Minimum Experience. Full Performance: • Someone that is fully capable of delivering capabilities related to a particular skill, language, system, or technology. • Requires a minimum of three (3) years of experience specific to the skill. • Ability, training and actual work experience with the specific computer language, systems, and/or technology is significantly more important than the number of years of experience. This is especially true with emerging technologies.
Minimum Experience. Subject Matter Expert (SME): • Individual is acknowledged as a SME within the occupation and/or specific skill. • Generally someone that is certified with the specific language, system, or technology required. • Normally requires at least sixteen (16) years of experience specific to the skill or occupation. However, for specific computer languages, systems or technologies, expertise with the subject matter or technology outweighs the number of years of experience. This is especially true with emerging technologies. • SMEs shall be capable of mentoring or training other team members and sharing their expertise within and across contracts, organizational boundaries and with Customers.
Minimum Experience. Five (5) years of experience in the operation, maintenance and testing of U.S. Navy electrical systems. This individual should have five (5) years of experience as a Program Manager, to include contract and sub-contract management, budgeting, scheduling, planning, estimating, and progress. This individual should display experience in the various Navy electrical systems and components identified in this SOW. Program / Project Manager II (MANP2) (one resume required): Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited college or university. Minimum Experience: Ten (10) years of experience in the operation, maintenance and testing of U.S. Navy electrical system. This individual should have five (5) years of experience as a Program Manager, to include contract and sub-contract management, budgeting, scheduling, planning, estimating, and progress. This individual should display experience in the various Navy electrical systems and components identified in this SOW. Electrical Engineer IV (EE4) (one resume required): Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
Minimum Experience. Five (5) years of experience in the operation, maintenance and testing of U.S. Navy HM&E Systems. QA Oversight Representative I (QAOR1) Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED Minimum Experience: Ten (10) years of experience in the operation, maintenance, testing and repair of HM&E equipment installed on U.S. Navy ships and submarines. Minimum Experience. Five (5) years of experience in the operation, maintenance and testing of U.S. Navy HM&E Systems. Technical Writer (TECW)
Minimum Experience. Ten (10) years’ experience managing engineering projects. This experience should not be have been gained concurrently with the experience requirements listed in Paragraphs (C) and (D). Five (5) years of specialized experience in performing SUBSAFE work. Four (4) years’ experience in design, operation, maintenance, repair, testing, and installations on HM&E systems; working knowledge of Navy data systems, and knowledge of Navy procedures for establishing and maintaining equipment maintenance requirements. Project Manager (eCRAFT: MANAGER, PROGRAM/PROJECT II; Code: MANP2) Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a mechanical or electrical discipline from an accredited college or university or a total ten (10) years’ experience in shipboard repair/installation programs in lieu of an Engineering Degree as listed below; Minimum Experience: Eight (8) years’ experience as a xxxxxxx (or equivalent) in a Naval and/or commercial shipyard. Submarine repair/installation experience shall consist of design, operation, maintenance, repair, testing installations or alterations of Naval Ships HM&E Systems and Equipment; working knowledge of Navy data systems, and knowledge of Navy procedures for establishing and maintaining equipment maintenance requirements. A graduate of a Shipyard Apprenticeship Program or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of six (6) years supervisory experience in Submarine structural, mechanical and/or electrical system repair/installations. Five (5) years of specialized experience in performing REC work and submarine testing and certification/re-certification procedures. Working knowledge of Naval Sea Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Naval Shipyards, and Supervisor of shipbuilding, Conversion and Repair and Type Commanders' organizations.
Minimum Experience. The Contractor shall have a minimum of three (3) years of experience with abatement work, in projects of complexity comparable to HRA’s.
Minimum Experience. Must have participated in the making of at least four studies on the design of competitive mechanisms for the promotion of investment in electricity generation in systems with demands higher than 6 000 MW
