Microsoft SQL Server. This section describes the installation prerequisites and guides of the KnowledgeBase database. More specifically, it includes the system hardware and software requirements followed by the installation process. The installation process includes a step by xxxx xxxxx of the Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Database Server, followed by the installation of the Miraculous KnowledgeBase database (MiraculousKB) and the initialization of the access user.
Microsoft SQL Server. Microsoft grants you the nonexclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce and distribute the Microsoft SOL Server Desktop Engine ("MSDE") and the files listed in the REDI ST.TXT file (collectively, the "Redistributable Code"), provided that you comply with the Distribution Terms listed in the REDIST.TXT file. If you choose to Redistribute MSDE, you also agree: (i) that your application shall not substantially duplicate the capabilities of Microsoft Access or, in the reasonable opinion of Microsoft, complete with same; and (ii) that unless your application requires your customers to license Microsoft Access in order to operate, you shall not reproduce or use MSDE for commercial distribution in conjunction with a general purpose word processing, spreadsheet or database management software product, or an integrated work or product suite whose components include a general purpose word processing, spreadsheet, or database management software product except for the Exclusive use of importing data to the various formats supported by Microsoft Access. Note: A product that includes limited word processing, spreadsheet or database management components along with other components which provide significant and primary value, such as an accounting product with limited spreadsheet capability, is not considered to be a "general purpose" product.
Microsoft SQL Server. Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Standard Edition (or higher) is a database management system required by the Licensed Materials. As an Application Service Provider Decade will host Client’s database and provides license to Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Standard Edition under Microsoft’s Service Provider License Agreement (SPLA). This Microsoft SQL Server 2005 (SQL Server 2005) license is subject to the following terms.
Microsoft SQL Server. Notwithstanding Section 1.1, solely with respect to the Microsoft SQL Server portion of the BackOffice Components, the following additional rights apply: (a) a maximum of five users may access and use the Server Software for the sole purposes of designing, developing, and testing your software product(s) that are designed to operate in conjunction with Microsoft SQL Server; and (b) an unlimited number of simultaneous connections may be made to access the services of the Microsoft SQL Server Server Software.
Microsoft SQL Server. Service grants right-to-use licensure from Microsoft SQL Server product family.
Microsoft SQL Server. In addition to the Microsoft Platform terms, you may run, only one instance of the SQL Server 2016 Standard Edition in either one physical or virtual operating system environment, solely to support the software. You do not need SQL Server CALs for this limited use.
Microsoft SQL Server. Microsoft SQL Server is a required database component of the System. Stentor acknowledges that Customer has already obtained and paid the license fees for copies of Microsoft SQL Server running on the Server Hardware installed at the Facilities listed in this Rider PS-1 as of the Effective Date. Customer will be obligated to acquire a license for additional copies of Microsoft SQL Server for each instance of additional Server Hardware added to the System after the Effective Date for Stentor's actual cost to procure such licenses from Microsoft. During the Rider PS-1 Term Stentor will provide Customer with support for Microsoft SQL Server as a component of the System. Microsoft will not provide Customer with support for SQL Server. In consideration for providing Microsoft Software Assurance support for Microsoft SQL Server during the Rider PS-1 Term, Customer shall pay Stentor's then-current annual support fee for Microsoft SQL Server. Customer agrees to the terms of the Microsoft SQL Server end user license agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Microsoft SQL Server. Second Tier Maintenance - Second tier support will be provided by Microsoft Corporation to Maximizer, being advanced problem diagnosis and Error corrections (the “Second Tier SQL Maintenance”). Maximizer will provide to You the results of the Second Tier SQL Maintenance but Maximizer will not be responsible for any failure of Microsoft Corporation to correct Errors in the Microsoft SQL Server or for the performance of Microsoft Corporation.
