METHOD OF VOTING. 67.1 Any resolution put to the vote at a general meeting shall be decided on a poll. 67.2 At general meetings, resolutions shall be put to the vote by the chair of the meeting and there shall be no requirement for the resolution to be proposed or seconded by any person.
