MEMORANDUM OF COMMENCEMENT DATE. Following the Delivery of the Premises, Landlord shall prepare and forward to Tenant two copies of a written Memorandum of Commencement Date, signed by Landlord, confirming the Commencement Date and the date on which the Term will expire.
