Member Data. Novation shall have the right to access and use all Member Data as provided herein. For purposes of this Agreement, “Member Data” shall be defined as Transaction Data with respect to which either (i) the applicable Participating Member or (ii) the applicable Supplier has consented to Novation’s and the applicable Alliance’s access to and use of such Transaction Data either pursuant to an agreement with Service Provider or Neoforma or as separately agreed between the Member or Supplier, as applicable, and Novation. During the Term, (i) access of Novation or the applicable Alliance to Member Data arising solely from the consent of a particular Participating Member shall continue as long as the Member remains a Participating Member and is subject to an agreement with Service Provider or Neoforma and as long as such Participating Member’s consent to such access remains in effect, and (ii) Novation’s access to Member Data arising solely from a Supplier’s consent shall continue as long as the Supplier’s consent to such access remains uncontested and in effect.
Member Data. The Contractor shall accept from AHCCCS original evidence of eligibility and enrollment in the AHCCS prescribed electronic data exchange formats. Upon request, the Contractor shall provide to AHCCCS PCP assignments in an AHCCCS prescribed electronic data exchange format.

Member Data. 1. During the course of our activities, we will process Personal Data and we recognise the need to treat it in an appropriate and lawful manner. You acknowledge that ZWS will be required to share Personal Data with the Plan Trustees, the administrators of Fund platforms through which Contributions are invested and the Fund Managers of the selected Funds but in doing so, ZWS will ensure that Personal Data will be shared securely and in compliance with its privacy policy ZWS may disclose Personal Data to public authorities, regulators or governmental bodies, where we are required to disclose information by applicable law or regulation, under a code of practice or conduct, at their request, or to safeguard our legitimate interests and use of this website is taken as agreement for ZWS to allow information to be provided to them in accordance with ZWS’s obligations to do so. In some instances, we also share Personal Data with our suppliers, who are contractually bound to confidentiality and when we do so we take steps to ensure they meet our data security standards so that your Personal Data remains secure. Such suppliers are mandated to comply with our technical and organisational security measures, irrespective of their location. only collect any Personal Data in a form that complies with the applicable Data Protection law or Legislation.
Member Data. As between Parchment and Member, Member owns all right, title, and interest in and to the underlying Member Data. Subject to the tenms of this Section 5, Parchment agrees to hold confidential (in accordance with applicable state laws, federal laws and specifically as provided for under FERPA) all Member Data it receives, and will not read or use the contents of any such Credentials in the Parchment Services, except as necessary to process the transaction through the Parchment Services or store the data as part of Services or in the ordinary course of its business. The parties agree and understand that Parchment does not verify any Member Data or the contents of any Credentials as complete or accurate, nor does it provide verification of status or any other item. The parties further agree and understand that Parchment shall not modify the Member PARCHMENT TERMS - CONFIDENTIAL AND PROPRIETARY Ii] parchment- Data or Credentials provided to it for purposes of processing transactions through the Parchment Services, unless otherwise specified and agreed upon by Member and Parchment. The Parchment Services are limited to the description provided herein and in related Documentation. Notwithstanding the above, once Credentials are lawfully transmitted to a third party, the third party's, and those acting on behalf of the third party's, use of those Credentials is not governed by this Agreement.
Member Data. Lycos/Tripod Clicks' Member Data shall be the property of ----------- each party and each party is permitted to use such Lycos/Tripod Clicks' Member Data for marketing and the purposes outlined in Section 6, provided that a Lycos/Tripod Clicks' Member generating such Member Data has permitted use of its Member Data for such purposes and further provided that such use of Member Data shall conform to and abide by the Lycos/Tripod Privacy Vow.
