Maximum Principal Sum. The Obligations are to be secured by other mortgages and deeds of trust on other real estate in other counties and other states. Each and all of such mortgages and deeds of trust are intended to and shall constitute security for the entire Indebtedness represented by the Obligations without allocation. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, it is agreed that the maximum amount of Indebtedness secured by this Mortgage, including all advancements, at any one time shall not exceed $[1,900,000,000](36) plus interest and protective advances.
Maximum Principal Sum. The Indebtedness and Obligations may be secured by other mortgages and deeds of trust on other real estate in other counties and other states. Each and all of such mortgages and deeds of trust are intended to and shall constitute security for the entire Indebtedness and all of the Obligations without allocation. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, it is agreed that the maximum amount of Indebtedness secured by this Mortgage, including all advancements, at any one time shall not exceed Eight Hundred and Fifty Million Dollars ($850,000,000.00).
Maximum Principal Sum. The parties hereto intend that this Mortgage shall secure unpaid balances of the indebtedness secured hereby whether incurred by lessee at the Restatement Date or after this Mortgage is delivered for recordation in the official records of the county in which the Leased Property is located. The maximum principal amount of indebtedness which is or under any contingency may be secured at the Restatement Date or at any time thereafter by this mortgage is $720,000,000.

THE PARTIES HERETO INTEND THAT THIS MORTGAGE SHALL SECURE UNPAID BALANCES OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED HEREBY WHETHER INCURRED BY LESSOR AT THE DATE HEREOF OR AFTER THIS MORTGAGE IS DELIVERED FOR RECORDATION IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF THE COUNTY IN WHICH THE LEASED PROPERTY IS LOCATED. THE MAXIMUM PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF INDEBTEDNESS WHICH IS OR UNDER ANY CONTINGENCY MAY BE SECURED AT THE DATE OF EXECUTION HEREOF OR AT ANY TIME THEREAFTER BY THIS MORTGAGE IS $720,000,000.

THE PARTIES HERETO INTEND THAT THIS MORTGAGE SHALL SECURE UNPAID BALANCES OF THE DEBT SECURED HEREBY WHETHER ADVANCED TO MORTGAGOR ON THE DATE HEREOF OR AFTER THIS MORTGAGE IS DELIVERED FOR RECORDATION IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF THE COUNTY IN WHICH THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED. THE MAXIMUM PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF INDEBTEDNESS WHICH IS OR UNDER ANY CONTINGENCY MAY BE SECURED AT THE DATE OF EXECUTION HEREOF OR AT ANY TIME THEREAFTER BY THIS MORTGAGE IS $7,050,000.00.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING CONTAINED HEREIN, THE MAXIMUM PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF INDEBTEDNESS WHICH IS OR UNDER ANY CONTINGENCY MAY BE SECURED AT THE DATE OF EXECUTION HEREOF OR AT ANY TIME THEREAFTER BY THIS MORTGAGE IS THREE HUNDRED MILLION AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($300,000,000.00), PLUS ALL AMOUNTS EXPENDED BY MORTGAGEE UPON THE OCCURRENCE AND DURING THE CONTINUANCE OF AN EVENT OF DEFAULT TO PRESERVE, PROTECT AND ENFORCE THE LIEN OF THIS MORTGAGE OR TO PROTECT THE PROPERTY, OR THE VALUE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL AMOUNTS IN RESPECT OF INSURANCE PREMIUMS AND ALL REAL ESTATE TAXES, CHARGES OR ASSESSMENTS IMPOSED BY LAW UPON THE PROPERTY, OR ANY OTHER AMOUNT, COST OR CHARGE TO WHICH MORTGAGEE MAY BECOME SUBROGATED UPON PAYMENT AS A RESULT OF MORTGAGOR’S FAILURE TO PAY AS REQUIRED BY THE TERMS OF THIS MORTGAGE, PLUS ALL ACCRUED BUT UNPAID INTEREST ON THE OBLIGATIONS SECURED HEREBY.

THE PARTIES HERETO INTEND THAT THIS SECURITY INSTRUMENT SHALL SECURE UNPAID BALANCES OF THE DEBT SECURED HEREBY WHETHER INCURRED BY MORTGAGOR AT THE DATE HEREOF OR AFTER THIS SECURITY INSTRUMENT IS DELIVERED FOR RECORDATION IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF THE COUNTY IN WHICH THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED. THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF PRINCIPAL INDEBTEDNESS WHICH IS OR UNDER ANY CONTINGENCY MAY BE SECURED BY THIS SECURITY INSTRUMENT AT THE DATE OF EXECUTION HEREOF OR AT ANY TIME THEREAFTER IS $3,000,000.
