Common use of Maximum Principal Sum Clause in Contracts

Maximum Principal Sum. The Obligations are to be secured by other mortgages and deeds of trust on other real estate in other counties and other states. Each and all of such mortgages and deeds of trust are intended to and shall constitute security for the entire Indebtedness represented by the Obligations without allocation. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, it is agreed that the maximum amount of Indebtedness secured by this Mortgage, including all advancements, at any one time shall not exceed $[1,900,000,000](36) plus interest and protective advances.
