Master License Clause Samples

The Master License clause establishes the overarching terms under which one party grants another the right to use certain intellectual property, such as software, technology, or content. This clause typically outlines the scope of the license, including permitted uses, restrictions, duration, and any applicable fees or royalties. By setting these foundational terms, the Master License clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of their rights and obligations, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and providing a framework for any subsequent sublicenses or related agreements.
