Master File. GEMISYS shall maintain the file containing all Client Investor and Representative information previously supplied to GEMISYS by Client (the "Master File").
Master File. CBL shall maintain one or more facility master files at the FDA and agrees to provide TKT with any requisite letters authorizing the FDA access to CBL’s facility master file in conjunction with regulatory review of CBL’s production of Product as set forth in this Agreement.
Master File. The District Office shall be responsible for maintaining a master file of all communication relevant to negotiations.
Master File. The Board shall maintain a master file on all licensed personnel. These files shall be maintained by the Central office. Any disciplinary items or written complaints placed in the Master File shall be shown to the teacher prior to their filing. First copies of any material placed in the Master File shall be supplied to the teacher at Board cost; subsequent copies of the same information can be obtained by the teacher at Board established costs. The teacher shall initial the item prior to the filing to indicate that he/she has seen the document. However, such initialing does not indicate the teachersconcurrence with the contents of the document, nor shall the teacher’s refusal to initial the document prevent its placement in the file. At any time, any teacher may request a review of his/her master file with the Superintendent or designee. The review shall occur within five (5) school days unless the two parties agree to a later date. The teacher may have an Association representative at this review. Any teacher shall have the right to place a written rebuttal to any item or items in this Master File; such rebuttal shall be attached to the disputed information. The Board and Superintendent shall include any rebuttal included in the file by a teacher in any subsequent transfer, report, or dissemination of the disputed information. Teachers shall be notified if any individual other than a Woodmore Administrator, defined as a bargaining unit member’s direct supervisor and/or Treasurer and/or Superintendent, requests to review and/or receive copies of his/her personnel file. Files shall be maintained in an accurate, timely, relevant, and complete manner. If any document or notation is placed in the official file which adversely reflects upon the teacher, the document(s) may be expunged three (3) years from the date of filing. The teacher shall request a meeting with the Superintendent to explain his/her reasons for the expungement. The Superintendent will share his/her decision no later than ten (10) working days after the meeting. The decision of the Superintendent is not grievable nor subject to arbitration. If the document or notation is not expunged, the teacher may attach a statement explaining his/her reasons why he/she believes the information is no longer timely or relevant.
Master File. University agrees to file its Product related drug master file (MF) by the time NeoRx files its NDA. University agrees that it will provide NeoRx information necessary for NeoRx to respond to any inquiries from the FDA. University agrees that it will not make material changes to its (a) raw materials supplier, (b) materials specifications, (c) formulation process, (d) formulation equipment, or (e) testing procedures without prior written notification to NeoRx in order to give NeoRx an opportunity to validate that such changes would have no negative impact on the Product.
Master File. The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that the Sensor is a component that is critical to the functionality and thereby the marketing and sale of the Product. Accordingly, the Contractor agrees to assemble a master file (the "MASTER FILE") of all information necessary to manufacture the Sensors and to assemble the Sensor Assemblies, including, without limitation, the following: (a) technical specifications; (b) information about materials relating thereto; (c) engineering drawings; (d) assembly procedures; (e) specialized technical know-how; (f) bill of materials and preferred vendor contacts, addresses and phone numbers; (g) testing, verification and validation procedures; and (h) any other relevant information relating to the foregoing. Within thirty (30) days of the date of this Agreement, the Contractor will supply a copy of the Master File to the Company, and thereafter the Contractor shall update and maintain (and shall supply the Company with a copy of any such updates to or maintenance of) the Master File to the extent necessary to keep the Master File absolutely current at all times.
Master File. LICENSOR shall use its best efforts to create an FDA Master File containing all information (including without limitation information provided by BAXTER to LICENSOR for this purpose) necessary to support the claims of in vitro reduced colonization and anti-microbial activity and which is relevant to, or which is useful in obtaining, regulatory clearance of LICENSED PRODUCTS, including but not limited to biocompatibility data, results of clinical studies, composition of the COMPOUND, anti-microbial and anti-colonization in vitro and in vivo testing. LICENSOR and BAXTER shall work together to define and establish which information shall be included in this FDA Master File. Notwithstanding the above, LICENSOR does not guarantee that the FDA Master File shall be sufficient to obtain FDA allowance of any such claims. However, LICENSOR is committed to updating and maintaining the FDA Master File with respect to responses to FDA requests and the availability of additional data.

Database File The Servicer will provide the Successor Servicer with a magnetic tape (in a format reasonably acceptable to the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer) containing the database file for each Contract (i) as of the Initial Cutoff Date, (ii) the Subsequent Cutoff Date, (iii) thereafter, as of the last day of the preceding Due Period on each Determination Date prior to a Service Transfer and (iv) on and as of the Business Day before the actual commencement of servicing functions by the Successor Servicer following the occurrence of a Service Transfer.
Computer Files Marked The Seller shall, at its own expense, on or before the Closing Date, indicate in its computer files that the Receivables have been sold to the Purchaser pursuant to this Receivables Purchase Agreement and deliver to the Purchaser the Receivable Schedule, certified by an officer of the Seller to be true, correct and complete.
Receivable Files Complete There exists a Receivable File pertaining to each Receivable and such Receivable File contains (a) a fully executed original of the Receivable, (b) the original executed credit application, or a paper or electronic copy thereof and (c) the original Lien Certificate or application therefor. Each of such documents which is required to be signed by the Obligor has been signed by the Obligor in the appropriate spaces. All blanks on any form have been properly filled in and each form has otherwise been correctly prepared. The complete Receivable File for each Receivable currently is in the possession of the Custodian.
Books, Records and Regulatory Filings (a) The Sub-Adviser agrees to maintain and to preserve for the applicable periods any such records as are required to be maintained by the Sub-Adviser with respect to the Fund by the 1940 Act and rules adopted thereunder, and by any other applicable laws, rules and regulations. The Sub-Adviser further agrees that all records that it maintains for the Fund are the property of the Fund and it will promptly surrender any of such records upon request; provided, however, that the Sub-Adviser may retain copies of such records for the applicable periods they are required by law to be retained, and thereafter shall destroy such records.
Separate Grievance File All documents, communications and records dealing with the processing of a grievance shall be filed in a separate grievance file and shall not be kept in the personnel file of any of the participants.
Material Safety Data Sheets Contractor is required to ensure Material Safety Data Sheets (“MSDS”) are available, employees are trained in the use of MSDS, and MSDS are in a readily accessible place at the Site. This requirement applies to all materials with an associated MSDS per the federal “Hazard Communication” standard or employees’ Right-to-Know laws. Contractor is also required to ensure proper labeling and training on any substance brought onto the Site and that any person working with the material (or who is subject to possible exposure by use of the material or contact with the material), is informed of the possible and/or real hazards of the substance, and follows proper handling and protection procedures.
Complete Servicing File All documents comprising the Servicing File will be or have been delivered to the Master Servicer with respect to each Mortgage Loan by the deadlines set forth in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and/or this Agreement.
Medical Records Business Manager shall advise and assist --------------- Practice as to the establishment, monitoring and maintenance of procedures and policies for the timely creation, preparation, filing and retrieval of all medical records generated by Practice in connection with Practice's provision of Medical Services; and, subject to applicable law, shall ensure that medical records are promptly available to Physicians and any other appropriate persons. All such medical records shall be retained and maintained in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws. All medical records are, and will remain, the property and Confidential Information of Practice and its patients.

Patient Records Upon termination of this Agreement, the New PC shall retain all patient dental records maintained by the New PC or the MSO in the name of the New PC. During the term of this Agreement, and thereafter, the New PC or its designee shall have reasonable access during normal business hours to the New PC's and the MSO's records, including, but not limited to, records of collections, expenses and disbursements as kept by the MSO in performing the MSO's obligations under this Agreement, and the New PC may copy any or all such records.
