Master File. The Board shall maintain a master file on all licensed personnel. These files shall be maintained by the Central office. Any disciplinary items or written complaints placed in the Master File shall be shown to the teacher prior to their filing. First copies of any material placed in the Master File shall be supplied to the teacher at Board cost; subsequent copies of the same information can be obtained by the teacher at Board established costs. The teacher shall initial the item prior to the filing to indicate that he/she has seen the document. However, such initialing does not indicate the teachers’ concurrence with the contents of the document, nor shall the teacher’s refusal to initial the document prevent its placement in the file. At any time, any teacher may request a review of his/her master file with the Superintendent or designee. The review shall occur within five (5) school days unless the two parties agree to a later date. The teacher may have an Association representative at this review. Any teacher shall have the right to place a written rebuttal to any item or items in this Master File; such rebuttal shall be attached to the disputed information. The Board and Superintendent shall include any rebuttal included in the file by a teacher in any subsequent transfer, report, or dissemination of the disputed information. Teachers shall be notified if any individual other than a Woodmore Administrator, defined as a bargaining unit member’s direct supervisor and/or Treasurer and/or Superintendent, requests to review and/or receive copies of his/her personnel file. Files shall be maintained in an accurate, timely, relevant, and complete manner. If any document or notation is placed in the official file which adversely reflects upon the teacher, the document(s) may be expunged three (3) years from the date of filing. The teacher shall request a meeting with the Superintendent to explain his/her reasons for the expungement. The Superintendent will share his/her decision no later than ten (10) working days after the meeting. The decision of the Superintendent is not grievable nor subject to arbitration. If the document or notation is not expunged, the teacher may attach a statement explaining his/her reasons why he/she believes the information is no longer timely or relevant.

Master File. CBL shall maintain one or more facility master files at the FDA and agrees to provide TKT with any requisite letters authorizing the FDA access to CBL’s facility master file in conjunction with regulatory review of CBL’s production of Product as set forth in this Agreement.

HOLLISTER-STIER shall maintain one or more facility master files ax xxx Xxxxxxxxxy Agencies and agrees to provide SERAGEN with any requisite letters authorizing the FDA access to HOLLISTER-STIER's facility master file in conjunction with regulatxxx xxxxxx xx XXXLISTER-STIER's production of Product as set forth in this Agreexxxx.
Master File. (a) Personnel files of classified personnel shall be maintained in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Chapter 1347.
Master File. The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that the Sensor is a component that is critical to the functionality and thereby the marketing and sale of the Product. Accordingly, the Contractor agrees to assemble a master file (the "MASTER FILE") of all information necessary to manufacture the Sensors and to assemble the Sensor Assemblies, including, without limitation, the following: (a) technical specifications; (b) information about materials relating thereto; (c) engineering drawings; (d) assembly procedures; (e) specialized technical know-how; (f) xxxx of materials and preferred vendor contacts, addresses and phone numbers; (g) testing, verification and validation procedures; and (h) any other relevant information relating to the foregoing. Within thirty (30) days of the date of this Agreement, the Contractor will supply a copy of the Master File to the Company, and thereafter the Contractor shall update and maintain (and shall supply the Company with a copy of any such updates to or maintenance of) the Master File to the extent necessary to keep the Master File absolutely current at all times.
Master File. LICENSOR shall use its best efforts to create an FDA Master File containing all information (including without limitation information provided by XXXXXX to LICENSOR for this purpose) necessary to support the claims of in vitro reduced colonization and anti-microbial activity and which is relevant to, or which is useful in obtaining, regulatory clearance of LICENSED PRODUCTS, including but not limited to biocompatibility data, results of clinical studies, composition of the COMPOUND, anti-microbial and anti-colonization in vitro and in vivo testing. LICENSOR and XXXXXX shall work together to define and establish which information shall be included in this FDA Master File. Notwithstanding the above, LICENSOR does not guarantee that the FDA Master File shall be sufficient to obtain FDA allowance of any such claims. However, LICENSOR is committed to updating and maintaining the FDA Master File with respect to responses to FDA requests and the availability of additional data.
Master File. Manufacturer shall maintain one or more Facility master files at the FDA and agrees to provide QLT USA with any requisite letters authorizing the FDA access to the Facility master file in conjunction with regulatory review of the Manufacturing Process.
