Maintenance Report Clause Samples
Maintenance Report. A report containing updating the Statement of Maintainability, and detailing maintenance routines necessary for the achievement of the required lives of the various elements of the Works.
Maintenance Report. 1.) To enable CARRIER to fulfill its obligations under D.O.T. Regulations to monitor the inspection, maintenance and repair of equipment operated under its authority, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR agrees to provide CARRIER with monthly vehicle maintenance reports on each unit of leased equipment provided to CARRIER hereunder. The reports shall specify all maintenance and repairs performed on the vehicle and shall be supported by paid receipts.
Maintenance Report. The Proposer shall maintain and keep a log that records all on-going, seasonal, and additional work, and maintenance functions performed by Proposer’s personnel. The information will be kept in a format that has been approved by the City and shall be submitted to the City upon request.
Maintenance Report. Every five (5) years the Owner shall, by December 30th, provide to the City a maintenance report consisting of records of inspections (logs, invoices, reports, data, etc.), maintenance, and repair of the Stormwater Management System identified in Exhibit B, in accordance with the Maintenance Plan attached as Exhibit C. At any time upon request by the City, the Owner shall provide the annual inspection reports for review.
Maintenance Report. No later than 7 (seven) days after a Scheduled Maintenance, Unscheduled Maintenance or any maintenance carried out by the PR Team, as the case may be, the Technology Partner shall submit, in such form as the Government may specify, a report containing the particulars of maintenance carried out by the Technology Partner including:
(a) an analysis of the defects and deficiencies affecting the performance or safe operation of the Train;
(b) time of arrival of the Train in the Trainset Depot or the arrival of the PR Team at the site of Failure, as the case may be, and the time of departure of the Train from the Trainset Depot or the time of rectification of malfunction by the PR Team at the site of Failure, as the case may be, counter signed by the Loco Pilot of the Train or by any other Railway official in the event the Loco Pilot is not available; and
(c) details of Failure including date and time of such Failure, counter signed by the Government Representative.
Maintenance Report. No later than 15 (fifteen) days after a Scheduled Maintenance, Unscheduled Maintenance or any maintenance carried out by the Contractor, as the case may be, the Contractor shall submit, in such form as the Authority may specify, a report containing particulars of maintenance carried out by the Contractor including
(i) An analysis of the defects and deficiencies (if any) affecting the performance or safe operation of the Equipment/System;
(ii) Details of Failure including date and time of such Failure, time of rectification of failures etc counter signed by Authority’s Engineer.
Maintenance Report. As part of our annual review you must provide documentation of your maintenance of the Licensed Area, such as service records, to ensure Our Property and equipment are being properly maintained.

2) INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR must submit a Vehicle Inspection Report prior to completion of this Lease Agreement. Subsequent inspections must be submitted to CARRIER yearly no letter. CARRIER shall have the right to remove any unit of leased equipment from services when unsafe conditions are found by D.O.T. inspection or otherwise.
3) INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR not submitting the YEARLY VEHICLE INSPECTION REPORT will be put on no-load list, and fine $100. For non-compliance.Will not be compline to drive for Company till he send valid inspection.
Maintenance Report. Upon completion of the installation of the Art Work the Artist shall provide to the City a maintenance report that includes the description of materials and fabrication methods used in the Art Work as well as recommended maintenance instructions and means of future conservation or restoration that may be required, including methods and materials to be used in cleaning the Art Work.
Maintenance Report. Lessee will provide an annual written report to Lessor detailing on a quarterly basis all construction, use, installation, repair, maintenance, rehabilitation, and operation activities including items, quantities, and locations occurring on or at the Leased Property during the previous year using the form in Appendix 1 attached hereto and incorporated herein.
