Mails. Upon the occurrence and continuance of any Event of Default, Lender may notify the postal authorities to deliver all mail, parcels, and other material addressed to Borrower to Lender at such address as Lender may direct, and Lender may open and deal with same as it deems necessary or proper.

On-Line Meetings • Colmers staff may use on-line meetings to support the learning and well-being of students, using the Microsoft Teams secure environment. • The timing of on-line meetings will be shared with students, parents and carers. • An on-line meeting may involve one or more of the following: o Video Mode: Staff may communicate with students using a video link. Students may opt to have cameras on or off during a video meeting. Students who are operating with video connection must ensure they are dressed appropriately for a video call. All video meetings will be recorded by the member of staff for the purposes of safeguarding. Students are not allowed to record meetings. o Audio Mode: Staff may operate in audio mode only during an on-line meeting. All students joining the call will have the facility to speak during the meeting, no video connection will be activated. All Audio calls will be recorded by the member of staff for the purposes of safeguarding. Students are not allowed to record meetings.
