Students may opt to have cameras on or off during a video meeting. Students who are operating with video connection must ensure they are dressed appropriately for a video call. All video meetings will be recorded by the member of staff for the purposes of safeguarding. Students are not allowed to record meetings. o Audio Mode: Staff may operate in audio mode only during an on-line meeting. All students joining the call will have the facility to speak during the meeting, no video connection will be activated. All Audio calls will be recorded by the member of staff for the purposes of safeguarding. Students are not allowed to record meetings.
