Mailed Notice. All notices required or authorized to be given to the Company, the Issuer and the Trustee pursuant to this Indenture shall be in writing and shall be given as provided herein or delivered by hand or overnight courier service or mailed by first class, registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, or sent by telecopy with evidence of receipt confirmed to the sender, to the following address:
Mailed Notice. Employees of the unit desiring to be personally notified of any vacancies occurring within the unit must provide the personnel office with a stamped, self-addressed envelope. If such an envelope is on file when a vacancy is posted, the School District will forward the vacancy notice to the employee.

An employee scheduled on vacation more than two (2) weeks at an interval or on layoff status will be given mailed notice of any posting during such vacation period or layoff period providing they make such request in advance of their vacation period or layoff period and, in any case, provide the Human Resources office with a self-addressed, stamped envelope for such purposes.

Subject to the approval of the Court, within thirty (30) calendar days following entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, the Settlement Administrator shall cause a singular Post Card Notice to be mailed first-class U.S. mail to the names and addresses associated with the telephone numbers of the Class, substantially in the form provided in Exhibit 3 hereto. The Settlement Administrator shall perform investigations deemed appropriate by the Settlement Administrator in an attempt to identify updated address information for each person in the Class.
