Common use of Mailed Notice Clause in Contracts

Mailed Notice. An employee scheduled on vacation more than two (2) weeks at an interval or on layoff status will be given mailed notice of any posting during such vacation period or layoff period providing they make such request in advance of their vacation period or layoff period and, in any case, provide the Human Resources office with a self-addressed, stamped envelope for such purposes.
