Lump Sum Fee. When used in this Contract, this term means that Contractors’ total remuneration shall be a fixed lump sum including all Personnel costs, Subcontractors’ costs, printing, communications, travel, accommodation, and the like, and all other costs incurred by the Contractors in providing the Services described in Annex A.
Lump Sum Fee. (a) Fees for the Services will be on a Lump-Sum Fee Basis, inclusive for labour and reimbursable expenses.

Lump Sum Fee. The SUPPLIER will be charged a lump-sum fee of EUR 200 net for each complaint. This lump sum covers internal administrative expenses of RMMV and will be added up. Further demands thereof remain unaffected.

Professional Services incurred beyond the stipulated lump sum fee will not be invoiced unless the Elizabethtown Area School District (CLIENT) has authorized the work as an Extra Service, either verbally or in writing. Extra Services shall be invoiced on an hourly rate basis in accordance with the attached Rate Schedule for Consulting Services and Expense Schedule. A copy of the 2022 Rate Schedule for Consulting Services and Expense Schedule for ELA SPORT/ELA GROUP, INC. is attached and is applicable only to services performed outside of the Scope of Basic Services identified herein (Extra Services).
Lump Sum Fee. (See Article 1 and Article 7 of the SBC-6a) Basic services normally are Lump Sum. If construction is planned under multiple contracts or construction types, an attachment is included delineating fee calculation and apportionment to stages of design and construction. The Lump Sum fee will be filled in by Owner on the SBC-6 Instruction Guide Sheet.
