Log Data. Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this data.
Log Data. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect technical and statistical data about your visit, such as your browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data, the pages you visit and any search terms you use (“Log Data”).
Log Data. The Company will provide Yahoo with access to all Log Data generated from use of Yahoo! Korea. All Log Data shall be maintained as Confidential Information by the Company and Yahoo.
Log Data. YAFR will provide Yahoo with access to all Log Data containing the categories set forth in EXHIBIT E from use of Xxxxx.XX via Yahoo's Log Data Tool as described in EXHIBIT A. All Log Data shall be maintained as Confidential Information by each of YAFR and Yahoo. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no party shall be prohibited from providing Log Data to any third party (on a confidential basis) for aggregation or analysis, or otherwise on an aggregated basis to advertisers, potential advertisers and other third parties in connection with the sale of advertising, or to third parties in connection with market research and similar publishing. Yahoo shall own all rights, title, and interest in and to any and all Log Data generated on any Yahoo Service site in the Territory, including Xxxxx.XX; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, Yahoo shall grant to YAFR a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and reproduce such Log Data for internal, non-commercial purposes only to Log Data generated at a Localized Site operated via the Internet.
Log Data. Licensee hereby grants SiTime a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, freely-transferable, fully paid, and royalty-free license, with right to sublicense through multiple levels, to collect, reproduce, create derivative works of, publicly perform, publicly display, distribute, and otherwise use and exploit the Log Data solely for internal use and for the purpose of improving SiTime products and services. “
Log Data. We may collect certain non-personal information automatically when you access or use our Services. This information may include your IP address, browser type, device information, and operating system. We use this information to analyze trends, administer our Services, and improve overall user experience.
Log Data. XXXX will provide Yahoo with access to all Log Data containing the categories set forth in EXHIBIT E from use of Yahoo U.K. via Yahoo's Log Data Tool as described in EXHIBIT A. All Log Data shall be maintained as Confidential Information by each of XXXX and Yahoo. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no party shall be prohibited from providing Log Data to any third party (on a confidential basis) for aggregation or analysis, or otherwise on an aggregated basis to advertisers, potential advertisers and other third parties in connection with the sale of advertising, or to third parties in connection with market research and similar publishing. Yahoo shall own all rights, title, and interest in and to any and all Log Data generated on any Yahoo Service site in the Territory, including Yahoo U.K.; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, Yahoo shall grant to XXXX a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and reproduce such Log Data for internal, non-commercial purposes only to Log Data generated at a Localized Site operated via the Internet.
Log Data. The Log Data, and the Intellectual Property Rights therein, arising from Alibaba’s use of Yahoo! Technology Products, shall be jointly owned by the parties. To the extent ownership of the foregoing initially vests in only one party, that party hereby assigns to the other party an undivided joint interest in the foregoing, and agrees during and after this Agreement to perform any act required to perfect the other party’s rights thereto in accordance with the provisions of this Section. Subject to Yahoo!’s privacy policy and applicable Yahoo! security policies, either party may use, transfer or license such Log Data or Intellectual Property Rights regarding users in the Territory without the consent of the other party and without any duty to account to the other party, provided that Alibaba shall not use (or permit the use of) such Log Data outside the Territory. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, no party shall be prohibited from providing such Intellectual Property Rights or Log Data to any third party (on a confidential basis) for aggregation or analysis, or otherwise on an aggregated basis to advertisers, potential advertisers and other third parties in connection with the sale of advertising, or to third parties in connection with market research and similar publishing; provided that neither party will use such information in a misleading fashion so as to materially understate or overstate to any third party the magnitude of usage of Alibaba’s sites. Alibaba will, as requested, provide Yahoo! with a copy of such Log Data. Yahoo! will, to the extent reasonably requested by Alibaba, provide Alibaba with a copy of such Log Data, solely to the extent that such Log Data is already maintained as a separate file from other data in Yahoo!’s possession (unless Alibaba agrees to pay all of Yahoo!’s costs that may be incurred in order to separate such Log Data from other data in Yahoo!’s possession, provided that such separation is commercially feasible) and does not require the extraction of any Yahoo! Confidential Information.
Log Data. YJC will provide Yahoo with access to all Log Data containing the categories set forth in EXHIBIT F from use of Yahoo Japan via Yahoo's Log Data Tool as described in EXHIBIT A. All Log Data shall be maintained as Confidential Information by each of YJC and Yahoo.
Log Data. When using the Service(s), user logs (history) are collected and stored automatically, User logs may for instance include data concerning time and duration and transaction data such as information about Sender and Recipient, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, web browsers and languages, Internet service provider (ISP), referral, reference and exit sites and applications, operating system, date or time stamp, and click flow data.
