Live Animals. The Licensee shall not permit any live animal, reptile, fish, or bird to enter, nor suffer the same to remain in the Facility unless it is a properly and safely muzzled "seeing eye" dog accompanying a blind person or is an animal, reptile, fish, or bird which the Licensor has in writing expressly consented to allow in the Facility. All such animals so admitted must at all times remain on a leash, within a pen, or under similar control.
Live Animals. Animals, other than guide, signal or service animals (as defined in State and Local law) are prohibited. Sanitary needs for guide, signal, or service animals are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Live Animals. Tenant shall not without Landlord's prior written approval given in its sole and absolute discretion keep, or permit the keeping of, any live animals of any kind in, about or upon the Premises, except as required by Law.
Live Animals. Live animals, including but not limited to birds, reptiles and fish, are received and carried at the Shipper's and Consignee's risk of accident or mortality, and Carrier shall not be liable for any loss or damage thereto or in connection with the transportation thereof arising or resulting from any matters mentioned in section 4, subsections 2(a) through (p) of COGSA, or from any cause whatsoever not due to the fault of Carrier and/or its agents, servants, and subcontractors. In any event, Carrier shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the limitations set forth in the transportation agreement, in this bill of lading or in Carrier's tariff

Live Animals. Under no circumstances are live animals, other than shellfish used for culinary purposes, allowed in or around the facility. If animals are found, The Kitchen reserves the right to terminate tenant’s contract immediately and deny the tenant facility access.
Live Animals. The use of live animals will be approved if prior notice is given to the theatre staff and if a holding pen or cage is provided for each animal, very small animals will require a pen or cage for each species. The touring production staff which includes animals in their production shall be responsible for the care, feeding and cleanup of any animal. Any animal larger than a large dog must be accompanied by a full time attendant. This attendant may have responsibility of more than one (1) animal.
