Line Pack. To the extent that it is necessary, in order for Gatherer to commence operations of new segments of the Gathering System, for Production to be used as line fill, Shipper shall provide such line fill to Gatherer.
Line Pack. (a) The Service Providers must acquire and maintain sufficient Line Pack for the efficient operation of the EGP.
Line Pack. To the extent that it is necessary, in order for Gatherer to commence operations of new segments of the Gathering System, for Gas to be used as line fill, Producer shall provide such line fill to Gatherer, but not to exceed for any pipeline the volume of such line fill specified for such pipeline in the Gathering Plan.
Line Pack. (a) The Service Provider must acquire and maintain sufficient Line Pack for the efficient operation of the VicHub.

Line Pack. A Volume and Quantity of Gas equal to the Volume and Quantity of Gas in the Gathering System as of the Effective Date and from time to time thereafter.
Line Pack. The Parties acknowledge and agree that Line Pack shall be owned as provided for in the Intercompany Conveyance.
Line Pack. To the extent that it is necessary, in order for Gatherer to commence operations of new segments of the Gathering System, for Dedicated Gas to be used as line fill, Gatherer shall purchase such Dedicated Gas from Shipper at the Receipt Points at the “Midpoint Average” price published in Xxxxx’x Gas Daily Price Guide for “Columbia Gas/Appalachia” (the “Index Price”) for the Days on which such line pack was supplied by Shipper.
Line Pack. User acknowledges and agrees that the line pack in the Pipeline from time to time is the property of Service Provider.
Line Pack. (a) The APA Entity which owns the relevant Pipeline must provide, and retains ownership of, the Base Line Pack.
