Liability and Release. CENTURY GROUP LANDS CORPORATION AND TSAWWASSEN TOWN CENTRE MALL shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage to any property of the Exhibitor, whether such loss is attributable to the negligent acts or omissions of the Landlord or Exhibitor, and no matter what the cause of such loss or damage is, including but not limited to; earthquake, fire, explosion, water, wind, theft, rodent, excessive heat, or any other cause whatsoever. The Exhibitor agrees to indemnify the Landlord for all damages, costs, claims and expenses arising from the Exhibitor’s use of the area and while they are on the property.
Liability and Release. The Client shall be solely liable, including with respect to third parties, for all of the consequences of any kind resulting from the behaviour, by actions or omission, malice or negligence, carried out by the Client or by its associates and/or employees in violation of the obligations under articles 9-10 such as, but not limited to, negligent or inadequate storage or preservation of the Products, lack of information provided to its Clients in the terms indicated above, and improper use of the Products, and the Client agrees to hold harmless and release Bridgestone from any costs, charges and/or expenses (including legal expenses) which may arise for Bridgestone as a result of the violation of those obligations by the Buyer.
Liability and Release. 22.1 The obligations of the Sellers under this Agreement are several. If any obligation of one or some but not all of the Sellers is, or becomes, illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect, that shall not affect or impair the obligations of the other Sellers under this Agreement.

By use of the facilities and signing below the member agrees as follows: I, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, and any person or party claiming by, through or under any of them: release and forever discharge the Bow Valley Square Fitness Centre, HSG Health Systems Group Limited., OPGI Management GP Inc., OPGI Management LP, Bow Valley Leaseholds Limited, OMERS Realty Corporation and Albari Holdings Ltd and each of their successors and assigns and each of their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, directors, officers, employees, agents, member instructors and independent contractors (collectively called the “Released Parties”) from any claims, actions, costs, expenses and demands in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property (including without limitation, under the Occupiers’ Liability Act) wherever or however caused, including, without limitation, the negligence of one or more of the Released Parties, arising out of or in connection with the use or intended use of the Bow Valley Square Fitness Centre or the Activities (collectively, a “Claim”): and agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Released Parties for any and all Claims made against the Released Parties by any person.

Artist hereby releases LQAF and City of La Quinta from all actions, claims, demands that Artist, and Artist Parties, and their respective assigns, heirs, legal representatives now have, or may hereafter acquire, for injury, death, damage to, or theft of personal property, equipment, or artwork. Artist is strongly encouraged to carry liability, personal injury, theft, and event interruption/cancellation insurance for Artist’s artwork, and the personal protection of Artist and the Artist Parties.
