Key Return. The key for the Clubhouse will be returned to the person from whom it was checked out immediately after a function at the Clubhouse. Failure to return the key within 6 hours after the end of the function will result in a $25.00 key assessment (this includes lost keys).
Key Return a. The Guest must return the key(s) to the Provider when leaving the house by 10am on the departure date, otherwise daily rent will be charged until the Provider receives the key(s). The Guest will receive the departure instructions by email.
Key Return. In the event that a key(s) is issued for purposes of opening and closing the rental hall during the term of the rental, the TENANT exclusively agrees to return issued quantity of keys or forfeit the DEPOSIT or portion thereof toward lock replacement by a qualified locksmith and the redistribution of keys to regular club key-holders. If the DEPOSIT amount is an insufficient offset to such expense, TENANT exclusively agrees to bear the difference in cost by a reputable locksmith of LANDLORD’S choice.
Key Return. 10.1. The Hirer must return all facility keys at the time of the Post- Hire Inspection with the Facility Manager/Booking Officer and sign the keys back in on the Key Register.
Key Return. A $35 fee plus postage will be charged to Owner when necessary to mail keys, fobs or openers to Owner.
Key Return. The Licensee shall return the Premises key within 48 hours after the event date. This may be accomplished by dropping the key in the return box at the Xxxxxx House or bringing the key to the Township Administration Office located at 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx 000, Xxxxx, XX 00000. If the Licensee does not return the key within 48 hours after the event, a $50 replacement fee will be charged to the credit card listed on this agreement.
Key Return a. Immediately upon move out (defined as within 12 hours of departing Premises), Tenant must return all apartment keys and all mailbox keys to Landlord.
Key Return. The key for the clubhouse will be returned to the person from whom it was checked out by the next morning after a function at the clubhouse. Failure to return the key within 24 hours after the end of the function may result in a $25.00 key assessment.
Key Return. Prior to leaving, you are responsible for returning all keys and other entry devices to the office. You should use this opportunity to return any other items that you may have borrowed throughout the term of your lease. Failure to return these devices will result in a fee to the resident.
Key Return. Upon termination of this Lease, leave all entrance keys on kitchen counter and all bedroom keys in the lock. Xxxx not returned at end of Lease will result in a charge to Tenant of $15.00 per key. If keys are not left on premises at the end of the lease and sent to Owner after this time, the $15 charge still applies because Owner had to take the time to make new keys.
