Juveniles. Nothing in this agreement shall affect the arrangements for the running of the juvenile estate funded by the Youth Justice Board (YJB) under a separate Service Level Agreement with HMPS. The YJB will be consulted on changes and developments, and are expected to work in partnership with PCTs in planning and delivering services.
Juveniles. Juvenile employees shall receive the following percentage of the adult rate of pay of the classification applicable: 16 years and under = 50% 17 years = 60% 18 years and over =100% The employer shall consult with the Consultative Committee for the relevant area as to the suitability of such tasks for juveniles.

Juveniles. When an SRO arrests or takes a juvenile under the age of 17 into custody, the SRO shall contact the juvenile office for appropriate actions.
Juveniles. The Society may insure the lives and disability of children younger than the minimum age for Benefit Member- ship. Such insurance shall be issued on the application of an adult person who shall not by reason thereof, nor by reason of any benefit providing waiver of premium, become a Benefit Member.
