Juveniles. Nothing in this agreement shall affect the arrangements for the running of the juvenile estate funded by the Youth Justice Board (YJB) under a separate Service Level Agreement with HMPS. The YJB will be consulted on changes and developments, and are expected to work in partnership with PCTs in planning and delivering services.

Juveniles. Juvenile employees shall receive the following percentage of the adult rate of pay of the classification applicable: 16 years and under = 50% 17 years = 60% 18 years and over =100% The employer shall consult with the Consultative Committee for the relevant area as to the suitability of such tasks for juveniles.
