Joint Know-How. In the event that any know-how results from or is developed in the course of the manufacture of UPE Membranes or Treated Other Entegris Membranes in the Premises during the Facility Term of this Agreement (including the use of Millipore Equipment in such manufacture), whether by employees of Millipore, employees of Entegris or jointly, such know-how shall be jointly owned by Entegris and Millipore. Millipore shall have rights to use such know-how in all fields other than the Entegris Core Business, and Entegris shall have rights to use such know-how in all fields other than the Millipore Core Business.
Joint Know-How. Any invention, discovery, formula, design, process, know-how, data, composition, matter, device, or any improvement thereof, whether patentable or not, obtained, developed, made, conceived or first reduced to practice in connection with the Research jointly by ARES, its Affiliates and/or agents and SIGNAL, its agents, consultants and/or academic collaborators.
Joint Know-How. During the term of this Agreement, with respect to Compounds or Licensed Products, Pharmasset shall have the exclusive right to use all Joint Know-How in the Territory, and Bukwang and its sublicensee shall have the exclusive right to use all Joint Know-How within the Retained Territory.
Joint Know-How. Joint Know-How shall mean any Know-How that is generated, conceived, reduced to practice, developed or acquired jointly by the Parties in the course of performing the activities under this Agreement, including Joint Inventions.
Joint Know-How. “Joint Know-How” means any Know-How made or created in the course of the Collaboration jointly by (i) employees or agents of Progenics or any of its Affiliates, and (ii) employees or agents of Ono or any of its Affiliates.
Joint Know-How. “Joint Know-How” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1 hereof.
Joint Know-How. “Joint Know-How” shall mean any Know-How covering or embodied by or in any Joint Collaboration Technology.
Joint Know-How. Any and all Joint Know-How generated or developed during the Term shall be the Confidential Information of both Parties. Joint Know-How. In the event that any know-how results from or is developed in the course of the manufacture of Flat Sheet UPE Membranes in the Premises during the Term (including the use of EMD Millipore Equipment in such manufacture), whether by employees of EMD Millipore, employees of Entegris or jointly, such know-how shall be jointly owned by Entegris and EMD Millipore. During the Term, EMD Millipore shall have rights to use such know-how in the EMD Millipore Field of Use, and Entegris shall have rights to use such know-how in all fields other than the EMD Millipore Field of Use and shall have the rights to use such know-how to manufacture and supply EMD Millipore Flat Sheet UPE Membrane to EMD Millipore hereunder. After the Term, such know-how shall continue to be owned jointly without restriction.
