Joinder Documents. The one or more Joinder Agreements among the Agent (on behalf of itself and the Lenders) and any Wholly-owned Subsidiary which is to become a Borrower at any time after the Closing Date, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit E, together with all other documents, instruments and certificates required by any such Joinder Agreement to be delivered by such Wholly-owned Subsidiary to the Agent and the Lenders on the date such Wholly-owned Subsidiary becomes a Borrower hereunder.
Joinder Documents. In accordance with Section 6.13 of the Credit Agreement, the Additional Loan Party is, simultaneously with the execution of this Joinder Agreement, (a) executing and delivering such Security Documents (or joinders or assumptions thereto) as requested by the Administrative Agent in accordance with the Credit Agreement and (b) delivering such other documents and instruments as the Administrative Agent may require in its sole discretion, including appropriate favorable opinions of counsel to the Additional Loan Party in form, content and scope reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

The one or more Joinder Agreements among the Agent (on behalf of itself and the Lenders) and any Wholly-owned Subsidiary which is to become a Subsidiary Guarantor at any time after the Closing Date, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit E, together with all other documents, instruments and certificates required by any such Joinder Agreement to be delivered by such Wholly-owned Subsidiary to the Agent and the Lenders on the date such Wholly-owned Subsidiary becomes a Subsidiary Guarantor hereunder. JV Springing Rights. Those certain rights of Perseus under Section 3.8 of the Tech LP Agreement as in effect on the date hereof.
Joinder Documents. The Agent shall have received a supplement to the Guaranty, a supplement to the Contribution and Indemnification Agreement, a supplement to the Subsidiary Security Agreement and such other documents required pursuant to Section 8.10 of the Agreement, all duly executed by EZMONEY Wisconsin.
Joinder Documents. Agent shall have received counterparts to a joinder agreement and a Guarantee from VS Global, in each case in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent.
Joinder Documents. The Administrative Agent shall have received, with respect to the New Guarantor, the documentation required to be delivered pursuant to Section 5.10 of the Credit Agreement. The New Guarantor and the Continuing Credit Parties (defined below) shall be referred to collectively as the “Domestic Credit Parties”).

Davx & Buster's of Hawaii Inc. shall duly execute and deliver to the Agent allonges to each of the Revolving Credit Notes and the Term Notes, an Agency Account Agreement, and certificates of insurance, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent. D&B shall deliver to the Agent to be held under the Stock Pledge Agreement as security for the Obligations a Stock certificate representing all of the issued and outstanding Capital Stock of Davx & Buster's of Hawaii, Inc., together with a stock power duly executed in blank in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.
Joinder Documents. The one or more Joinder Agreements among the ----------------- Agent, the Banks and any Wholly-owned Subsidiary which is to become a Borrower at any time after the Closing Date, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit G, together with all other documents, instruments and certificates --------- required by any such Joinder Agreement to be delivered by such Wholly-owned Subsidiary to the Agent and the Banks on the date such Wholly-owned Subsidiary becomes a Borrower hereunder. Leases. Leases, licenses and agreements, whether written or oral, ------ relating to the use or occupation of space in or on the Buildings or on the Real Estate Assets by Persons other than the Borrower, its Subsidiaries or any Partially-Owned Entity.
Joinder Documents. The Administrative Agent shall have received copies of (i) a joinder to the Credit Agreement (the “Credit Agreement Joinder”), (ii) a joinder to the Security Agreement, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A to the Security Agreement (the “Security Agreement Joinder”) and (iii) a guaranty supplement, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit I to the Guaranty, in each case duly executed by PubCo (the “Guaranty Supplement” and, together with the Credit Agreement Joinder and the Security Agreement Joinder, collectively the “Joinder Documents”).
Joinder Documents. The Administrative Agent shall have received, in compliance with the Credit Agreement and each other Loan Document, joinder documentation, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, relating to the acquisitions of (i) Raider Environmental Services of Florida, Inc., a Florida corporation, (ii) Source Environmental, Inc., d/b/a/ AET Environmental, Inc., a Colorado corporation, and (iii) certain assets of Xxxx’x Services, Inc., a California corporation and Bakersfield Transfer, Inc., a California corporation.
