Internet Communications. To the extent that the Parties use the Internet as a means of communication, all e-mail and/or other Internet-based communications containing Confidential Information shall be encrypted.

Internet Communications. There are three ways to communicate with the internet from the Galaxy 3. For highspeed internet, you will need a working router, Ethernet and/or WiFi Communications.
Internet Communications. Unless you instruct us otherwise we may, where appropriate, communicate with you and with third parties via e-mail or other electronic means. However, internet communications are capable of data corruption and therefore we do not accept any responsibility for changes made to such communications after their despatch. We do not accept responsibility for any errors or problems that may arise through the use of internet communication and all risks connected with sending sensitive information relating to your financial affairs are borne by you. If you do not agree to accept this risk, you should notify us in writing that e-mail is not an acceptable means of communication. It is the responsibility of the recipient to carry out a virus check on any attachments received.

Internet Communications. Client acknowledges, that with regard to the services and documentation provided in this Agreement, including services in other sections of this Agreement, the Internet is not a secure network and that communications transmitted over the Internet may be accessed by unauthorized or unintended third parties. Client further acknowledges that Xxxxxxxx may be unable to assist with problems that result from difficulties that Client may encounter while logging on to or accessing the Electronic Services or other services, documents or communications pursuant to this Agreement.
Internet Communications. Unless otherwise agreed with the Company, Invictus may correspond by means of the Internet or other electronic media. Because of the inherent risks associated with the electronic transmission of information on the Internet or otherwise, Invictus does not guarantee the security and integrity of any electronic communications sent or received in relation to this engagement. Whilst it is Invictus' policy to check its email correspondence with anti-virus software, Invictus does not guarantee that transmissions will be free from infection and accepts no responsibility or liability for any damages as a result of communicating by means of the Internet or other electronic media.
Internet Communications. INVU has not at any time during the preceding year posted under its name or under any pseudonym, whether or not accompanied by personally identifiable information, any statement, comment, or other communication on any internet chat room, bulletin board, or other forum, whether or not access is or purports to be restricted, respecting INVU, its business or financial condition, prospects, management or opportunities or its securities or effecting transactions therein, except public releases by INVU duly authorized by its officers or directors.
Internet Communications. Without the use of secure encryption, the Internet is not a secure medium and privacy cannot be ensured. Internet e-mail and mobile applications such as the App are vulnerable to interception and hacking. The Company cannot ensure the privacy and authenticity of any information, and will not accept any instructions, that you send to us over the Internet. The Company will not be responsible for any damages you may incur if you communicate confidential information to us over the Internet or if we communicate such information to you at your request. Monitoring of Communications. Internet e-mail and instant messages, along with their attachments, received by or sent from the Company are subject to review by supervisory personnel. Such communications are retained by and may be produced to regulatory authorities or others with legal rights to the messages and/or their contents. Permitted Users and Access. This Website may be used only by persons who are at least 18-years old and can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. This Website may not be used by persons in jurisdictions where access to or use of this Website or any part of it may be illegal or prohibited. You may not use this Website (or the App) for any purpose that is illegal, fraudulent or infringes another person’s rights.
