Interim Inspections Clause Samples

The Interim Inspections clause establishes the right for one or both parties to conduct inspections of work or progress at specified stages during a project or contract term. Typically, this involves scheduled or ad hoc reviews to assess compliance with agreed standards, quality, or timelines, and may require the contractor to provide access or documentation as needed. Its core function is to ensure ongoing oversight and quality control, allowing issues to be identified and addressed before final completion, thereby reducing the risk of defects or delays.
