Interference with Operations. Interference with normal operation of the Owner's plant or equipment, and that of all contractors or subcontractors on the work Site, shall be avoided wherever possible. The Contractor shall not operate any of the Owner's plant or equipment or control devices, or those of any other contractor or subcontractor on the work Site except at the direction of and under the direct supervision of the Owner.

Interference with Operations. The Lessee, by accepting this Agreement, agrees for itself, its successors, and its assigns that it will not make use of the leased premises in any manner that might interfere with the landing and taking off of aircraft or otherwise constitute a hazard, physical, electronic, or otherwise, including wildlife attractants. In the event this covenant is breached, the County reserves the right to enter the leased premises and cause the abatement of such interference at Lessee’s expense.

Subject to the adjustments (Section 9.02) and limitations (Section 9.03), OPIC shall pay compensation for interference with operations if operation of the Project in accordance with the terms of the Project Agreement is prevented for a period of six consecutive months as a direct result of conditions created by political violence (Section 6.01) in the Project Country which make it impossible or unreasonably hazardous to carry on the operation of the Project. In determining what conditions would make it impossible or unreasonably hazardous to carry on the operation of the Project, OPIC will consider whether it would be reasonable under the circumstances for the Foreign Enterprise to continue the operation of the Project.
