Insurance Documentation. The Borrower will promptly provide to the Security Agent copies of all cover notes and policies (including endorsements) issued from time to time in relation to each insurance, and of all changes requested or effected thereto, and, if so requested by the Security Agent, of placing slips and all documents disclosed or disclosable to the insurers of each insurance and relating to claims notified or notifiable to insurers or the insurance brokers. In addition, the Borrower will promptly deliver to the Security Agent the originals of all policies (including endorsements) and placing slips.

Insurance Documentation. Insurance documentation must be signed by a person authorized by that insurer to bind coverage on its behalf, and shall be submitted to Riverside Superior Court, Attn: Contract/Agreement Administrator-Executive Offices, 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, XX 00000.
Insurance Documentation. To the extent third party insurance is obtained or maintained pursuant to Section 22.1, FIS shall, within ten (10) days of commencing work, furnish to FNT certificates of insurance or other appropriate documentation (including evidence of renewal of insurance) evidencing all coverage referenced in Section 22.1 and naming FNT as an additional insured on those policies described in Section 22.1(c) and (d) above. Such certificates or other documentation shall include a provision whereby thirty (30) days' notice must be received by FNT prior to coverage cancellation or material alteration of the coverage by either FIS or any FIS Subcontractors performing Services pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, or the applicable insurer. If reasonably requested by FNT, certified copies of any or all of the actual policies of insurance required hereunder shall be provided to FNT.

Without limiting any of the rights and remedies available to XXXXX, it shall be a condition precedent to XXXXX'x obligation to pay Supplier that Supplier shall have timely provided the certificates or certified copies of insurance policies as required herein. In addition, Supplier will promptly advise XXXXX in writing if it becomes aware that required limits or scopes of coverage are materially altered or that required insurance is cancelled or non-renewed.

Insurance Documentation. SELLER shall provide BUYER’s Risk Management Department with evidence, by providing the completed certificate(s) of insurance, that the minimum insurance coverage specified herein is in force. In the event SELLER does not provide the required insurance or evidence of such insurance, BUYER may immediately terminate this Contract. Any inspection of such evidence shall not obligate BUYER to advise SELLER of any deficiencies in such coverage, and such inspection shall not relieve SELLER from, or be deemed a waiver of BUYER’s right to insist on strict fulfillment of SELLER’s obligations herein.
