Installation Training. 6.1 AER will provide a comprehensive training and testing program that ensures that each installer knows both the technical and customer service aspects of the job.
Installation Training. 8.1.1.1 As of the Effective Date, American intends to perform the installation of the ABS Equipment and Software on the Retrofit Aircraft itself unless it requests that Aircell perform the installation of one or more A/C as provided in Section 8.1.4. In any event, and in addition to Supplier’s other obligations hereunder, Supplier agrees to provide reasonable installation, design and/or certification support to American and/or any third party retained by American in connection therewith. [***]. Such support shall be as defined at ITCM and PDR.

American or American’s Third Party Supplier will perform the installation of the Equipment and Software on the Retrofit A/C unless American provides Gogo with at least 90 days’ advance notice that Gogo is to perform some or all of the installations and identifies the installation site(s), which shall be at mutually agreed-upon location(s) that, if American desires, shall be American A/C acceptance check location(s). In any event, and in addition to Gogo’s other obligations hereunder, Gogo agrees to provide reasonable installation, design and/or certification support to American and/or any Third Party Supplier retained by American in connection therewith. [***]. Such support shall be as defined at ITCM and PDR.
Installation Training. Owner agrees to ship and install the ATM, train Location’s staff as necessary, and deliver initial supplies to Location. The ATM shall be and remain the sole property of Owner. Location shall execute and deliver upon request documentation to put third parties on notice of Owner’s interest in the ATM. Owner shall have the right to install appropriate signage at the Premises to advertise the availability of the ATM.
Installation Training. VOXX will, from time to time, schedule training sessions for the Retailer and Retailer’s employees relating to the proper installation of VOXX Products. Retailer is solely responsible for installations performed by Retailer or its agents or employees, and Retailer shall comply with all laws in connection therewith. Retailer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify VOXX from and against any third-party claims related hereto.
Installation Training. Owner agrees to ship and install the ATM at its own expense. The ATM shall be and remain the sole property of Owner. Installation Training. Licensor offers standard and customised Identity Maestro administration training at the 100 (General Service Desk), 200 (Identity Maestro Configuration), 300A (Advanced Identity Maestro Configuration) and 300B (Identity Maestro extension/adapter integration) levels (training which will be modified from time to time at Licensor's sole discretion). Licensor shall make available to Licensee training to be billed on a per-hour basis according to Licensor's then current Time and Materials Charges, plus travel and expenses as applicable if training is provided at Licensee’s location or on a per-project basis as identified in a specific training project. Unless otherwise stated in an Order Form, training shall be conducted virtually from Licensor's Edmonton offices once the Software as described on the Order Form has been installed. Licensee is responsible to ensure appropriate firewall access is provided to allow the proper functioning of the remote viewing and training software.
Installation Training. Xxxxx acknowledges that no installation, training or education is contracted for or purchased under terms of this contract unless specifically agreed in writing. In the event that Xxxxx receives any training from Seller with respect to the Products, then, in that event, such training is personal to the persons receiving such training, and Xxxxx acknowledges that any persons receiving such training may not be capable of operating the Products.
Installation Training. (8.1) For the duration of the Trial Use Term, ABC shall furnish [and install] at no charge to the Customer, the SOFTWARE, all computer hardware, operating system software, networks and/or relational database management systems necessary for the proper operation of the SOFTWARE.
