Installation Process. The fiber service drop will follow the same route as your electric service all the way to the building or structure. No one is required to be present, so prior notification of this step will not be provided unless an issue is encountered. Once completed, a Coosa Valley Technologies representative will contact you to schedule the inside installation, and an adult will be required to be present. Customers renting or leasing must have the Landlord or Property Manager’s written permission for installation prior to the service drop construction and the arrival of the Coosa Valley Technologies installer for the inside installation. Proper installation may require drilling through interior and/or exterior walls to run wire and installing outside and interior equipment. If for some reason, scheduled home installation appointments are missed due to customer cause without prior notification, Coosa Valley Technologies may assess a reschedule fee.

The inversion tube will then be filled with water or steam where the weight of the water will push the tube through the damaged pipe inside out, while pressing the resin impregnated side firmly against the inside walls of the damaged pipe. The smooth coated side of the liner shall become the new interior surface of the pipe. After the tube is inverted through the pipe section, the Contractor shall heat the water or steam by circulating it through a boiler, where the hot water or steam will cause the resin to cure.

Proper installation may require drilling through interior and/or exterior walls to run wire and installing outside and interior equipment, and Customer hereby consents or has the consent of the property owner for TVIfiber to perform any installation requirements including but not limited to drilling through interior and/or exterior walls. TVIfiber shall not be responsible for any damage to the Service Location arising from the installation or any removal of the TVIfiber equipment, except in cases of gross negligence, or improper workmanship, and then only to the extent of the actual damages thereof. Without limiting any other provisions of this Agreement, you agree to indemnify TVIfiber from and against all claims by an owner, landlord, building manager, or other party in connection with installation, maintenance, repair, or provision of the Service s. The indemnity provisions of this Section 15 shall survive termination of this Agreement or Customer’s discontinuation of the Services.

Installation Process. 3.1 To download the Rugby Manager installation package the Service Part- ner / Distributor shall login to or register on the Leica Geosystems myWorld portal (xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxx-xxxxxxxxxx.xxx). The installation package is available under myApplications – myDownloads – Lasers – Rugby Manager Software. The Service Partner/Distributor shall run the installation on a device meeting the minimum requirements as de- scribed in section 2.1. During the installation Service Partner / Distribu- tor must familiarize himself and accept the Rugby Manager License Agreement. Upon completed installation, the Service Partner / Distribu- tor shall activate the Entitlement ID (EID) he received from Leica Ge- osystems in the CLM for Nodelocked Licences software, which is in- stalled during the Rugby Manager installation run. The detailed descrip- tion of the EID activation can be found on myWorld portal under myAp- plications – myDownloads – Licensing – CLM - Manuals. Once, the EID is activated, the Rugby Manager can be started
Installation Process. Prior to the installation of Products and the Licensed Materials, Customer and Santera will agree to the tasks outlined in the Statement of Work (“SOW”), attached hereto as Exhibit C. The SOW describes the responsibilities of each party throughout the installation process. Upon completion of the tasks outlined in the SOW, Customer will furnish representatives to witness installation complete testing. Installation complete testing will be performed in accordance with Santera’s Installation Quality Verification Procedures, which are attached to the SOW. On the date that such testing is successfully completed, Customer and Santera will sign the Installation Completion Notice, attached to the SOW, which will signify that Completion of Installation has occurred.
Installation Process. If Customer rents Bee Line Cable Equipment, Bee Line Cable or its agent will supply and install Bee Line Cable Equipment and a connection to the Service, or Bee Line Cable may at its option permit Customer to self-install such rented Bee Line Cable Equipment. If Customer purchases a DOCSIS-compliant modem and associated equipment from Bee Line Cable or a third party, Bee Line Cable or the third party may provide installation instructions for Customer to self install and connect the equipment. Customer shall follow all self-installation instructions and assumes sole responsibility with respect to self installation. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, IN NO EVENT SHALL BEE LINE CABLE OR ANY UNDERLYING PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH) OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OUT OF THE INSTALLATION OR CONNECTION OF SUCH EQUIPMENT BY CUSTOMER.
