Installation Plan. The Contractor shall install the System(s) in accordance with the Implementation Schedule that will be developed and agreed to by the parties within ten (10) days of the Effective Date. In the event that the Contractor fails to install the System(s) on or before the installation date set forth in the attached Implementation Schedule, and such delays are within the Contractor’s control, the Contractor shall be penalized $200 per day for each day beyond the required completion date for that Site. The Contractor shall deploy additional resources necessary to meet the schedule. In the event the Contractor is unable to adhere to the attached schedule or complete the attached Implementation Schedule, the District shall have the option to terminate this Agreement, award the remaining work to another contractor, or negotiate a final completion date. In the event the District so terminates this Agreement and awards the remaining work to another contractor, the Contractor shall be responsible for and shall hold the District harmless from any costs or fees to complete the Project that exceed the amount of the Purchase Price remaining unpaid at the time of termination. Any changes or deviations to the installation timetable caused by failure of the District or any third parties to meet the completion date set forth therein shall result in a schedule adjustment in the same magnitude which shall be subject to the Contractor’s approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Installation Plan. The Installation Plan shall provide an overview of the proposed installation approach. Note that the installation of infrastructure related elements shall adhere and be consistent with state and local standards and installation approval procedures. The Installation Plan shall provide a high-level plan for inventory and configuration management, a high-level initial installation schedule, and one or more high-level installation plan(s) covering (at a minimum): • Wiring, fiber optic splicing (if applicable) and interconnects • Rack mount elevation of communications devices and the Control Center • Electrical and power interface diagram (including grounding and transient voltage surge suppression) • Infrastructure hardware mounting details • In-vehicle hardware mounting details In addition, for each identified type of equipment, the Installation Plan shall identify:

Attached as Attachment 4 to each Solution Order shall be an installation plan, developed by Contractor and approved by State (the “Installation Plan”) which describes in detail with respect to such Solution Order: (i) each element of the delivery, installation, and training of State Personnel in the operation and use of, the Solution, each in a manner that meets the Mandatory Requirements (each a “Installation Event”); (ii) the specific dates set by which each of the Installation Events are to be completed (the “Installation Deadlines”); and (iii) the applicable Site Specifications, if any. For the avoidance of doubt, State Entities will only be responsible for those fees related to Installation Events that are reflected in the applicable Solution Order.

The Installation Plan must include a detailed description of the estimated duration of installation, the equipment to be used, and all workers who will be on site to assist. Liability Insurance must be provided for all persons contracted by the Artist or his subcontractor to perform any work on site.

Detail architectural or construction drawings are not required • The plan or map shall identify the location of the source of generation, any existing generation, energy storage, production meter, DER disconnect switch and service meter.
