INFLATABLES. Valley Park Community Association will accept no responsibility for any accidents occurring from the use of Inflatables (Bouncy Castles or similar). Hirers using inflatables do so at their own risk. The use of Inflatables at the Community Centre will only be permitted if the hirer provides a copy of the necessary insurance certification for the use of the equipment. Hirers must sign and submit a declaration for the use of inflatables at Valley Park Community Centre.

INFLATABLES. Inflatable play equipment (including bouncy castles, inflatable bungee runs, inflatable slides and inflatable obstacle courses) are not permitted except with the prior written consent of the Council. If permitted the Hirer must ensure that all inflatable play equipment:
INFLATABLES. Sub-Tenant will not have any “inflatables” (games, cages, or other things that can be inflated and/or upon which children or adults can stand, bounce, or play). An inflatable item may be used if it does not allow humans to stand on it and if it is specifically approved in advance by the City and Foundation.
INFLATABLES. Inflatables (including helium balloons) are not allowed within indoor or outdoor displays.
INFLATABLES. Inflatables such as bouncy castles, slides or related items are not permitted to be used inside the Facility. Such structures may be used outdoors where the School District provides written approval in advance of the License Period. The License Holder must request a copy of the rules for use for inflatables and must comply with those rules.
INFLATABLES. Upon pickup of unit and/or equipment, if soap or lubricant traces are seen, the renter will be responsible for the cost of cleaning and sanitation. Cost of sanitation is $450.00.

CANOPIES ● Canopies are non-refundable at time of booking. ● The customer is responsible to mark all private underground lines and sprinklers. Xxxxxxx is not responsible for damages resulting from hitting private lines and sprinklers that are not properly marked. ● The customer agrees to assume all liability and safeguard against Xxxxxxx for all claims for damage to property or bodily injury. ● For customer friendly canopies, it is your responsibility to contact Gopher One to locate public utilities by calling 0-000-000-0000 at least one week prior to the event. ● For Lincoln Wedding & Event Rentals delivery and setup, customer is required to fill out a canopy sketch provided at time of booking and return to Lincoln Wedding & Event Rentals via email or in-person two weeks prior to setup date. ● If canopy sketch is not returned, we will make every attempt to contact you, however; we will not be able to set the desired canopy until a sketch is on file. ● Upon return or pick up, canopies should be free from burn, tears, tape, stains, etc. ● Damage to canopy will result in full replacement cost. ● Additional labor fees will be added for the removal of tape, residue, stains, etc. DELIVERY/PICK UP/SETUP & TEARDOWN ● Services are available upon request. ● The customer has up to two (2) weeks prior to the event delivery/pick up date to cancel. ● If services are cancelled within the two (2) week period of the event, the customer is responsible for paying 50% of all service fees. ● Standard delivery and pick up are curbside drop off to commercial docks, driveways, and garages. Extra fees will be charged if delivery or pick up location is more than 100’ from our vehicle or is not on our ground level including stairs, hills, etc. Standard delivery and pick up can be made between the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Saturday and Sunday by appointment. ● All delivery items should be counted and checked by customer to make sure all items in reservation have been received. Contact Lincoln Wedding & Event Rentals immediately if your order is incomplete or items are damaged. ● If before or after hour deliveries and/or pick up are necessary additional fees apply. ● Additional delivery fees will be charged for items added or delivered after initial deli...

INFLATABLES. American Inflatables, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware headquartered in Costa Mesa, California.
INFLATABLES. Inflatables are defined as temporary inflatable structures such as bounce houses, moonwalks, waterslides, etc. The use of inflatables and similar equipment is permitted but a rental receipt, certificate of liability with a minimum of $1,000,000 in coverage listing the County of Victoria, 000 X Xxxxxx Xx, Xxxxxxxx, XX 00000 as a certificate holder, and a State Inspection certification must be provided to Victoria County prior to scheduling a function. Failure to do so will result in loss of moonwalk privileges for the designated event and forfeiture of deposit.
INFLATABLES. Inflatables must be of height that will not damage the hall lighting. Self-contained generator inflation units are not permitted, electrically powered units are permitted providing they meet electrical safety standards.
