Housing Accommodations. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Student may be entitled to reasonable housing accommodations upon submission of all required documentation of a qualified disability to and as requested by OHRL and/or the Office of Accessibility Resources and Services.

Housing Accommodations. The Employers agree to ensure that accommodations are secure, clean, completely equipped with modern amenities, and conducive to learning.
Housing Accommodations. The Corporation shall reimburse Executive for his housing costs in the United Kingdom in an amount not to exceed One Thousand Pounds Sterling ((Pounds)1,000.00) per month during the Employment Period, provided Executive furnishes the Corporation with the Required -------- Documentation for those costs.
Housing Accommodations. UHM may assist CCU Master’s Students with the arrangement of housing accommodations but UHM is not obligated financially or otherwise to provide housing for CCU Master’s Students. CCU Master’s Students will be responsible for paying for their housing accommodations while they are enrolled in a UHM Master’s Degree program and neither Institution will be responsible for any such costs.
Housing Accommodations. You will be assigned housing based on the criteria identified in this Agreement. If You have a disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) that requires a housing accommodation, You will be accommodated in the same facility and at the same occupancy rate as originally assigned when possible. If the University determines a change to the original housing assignment is required to implement an ADA accommodation that results in a rate change, You will be charged the lesser of the two rates. All disability accommodations must be requested through the Accessibility Disability Resource Center (ADRC). If You require reasonable accommodation because of religious need, or have other special housing needs, please contact the Housing Office, which will address Your concerns or direct You to the appropriate University office.
Housing Accommodations. Students requesting campus housing accommodations due to a health or disability-related matter must submit appropriate documentation to the Office of Accessible Education Services to be approved. This includes the need for a service/assistance animal. To qualify as a disability-related need covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the student must have a current condition that substantially limits a major life activity that is documented by a qualified evaluator, and the accommodation requested must be deemed reasonable and appropriate. A diagnosis, in and of itself, does not automatically qualify the student for the requested accommodations. Students who want to request disability-related housing accommodations (e.g., single room, access to private bathroom or sink, emotional support animal) must receive prior approval through the Accessibility Services Office. The Office of Residence Life and Housing will review the recommendation made by Accessible Education Services and make an assignment based on the availability of space, the individual’s needs and the University’s ability to reasonably accommodate the student.
Housing Accommodations. During the Summer Season, the Company may at its option provide Representative with housing accommodations, including adequate furniture. Should the Company provide housing, and should Representative use such housing, the Company will charge Representative $120 per week for a shared room, and $240 per week for a private (or married) room, charged weekly in arrears. The weeks are Sunday through Saturday weeks, and any portion of the week will result in a charge for the entire week. The company may change these rates with notice to the representative seven (7) days before the change is implemented. Rent amounts will be deducted from any compensation earned by Representative, regardless of the type of compensation. Further, Representative shall be liable for and shall pay for any and all damage, fines, cleanliness fees, or other charges from any housing premises caused by Representative. Because Caliber incurs lease obligation(s) to assist Representative(s), representatives who stay in Caliber housing but terminate their Agreement before September 30, 2022 will be personally responsible and liable for any space rented in order to provide housing support for Representative. This amount will be up to $3,120 for Representatives using shared rooms, and up to $6,240 for Representatives using private or married rooms. Representative personally guarantees payment of these amounts regardless if Representative has contracted with Company under a legally formed business entity. By staying in Caliber housing, Representative agrees to all these terms. The Company will not be liable for a Representative's personal property or any damages or loss of that property. Representative agrees and acknowledges that SMOKING or DRUGS of any kind are not allowed in or around company housing.
Housing Accommodations. The Company shall, for a reasonable period of time after Employee relocates to Southern California, provide reasonable housing accommodations for Employee and his family at the Residence Inn in Fullerton, California while Employee obtains permanent housing.
