Holdover Fee. If Customer does not remove its Product from the Terminal on or before the date this Schedule terminates, except to the extent any delay in removal is caused by Company, Customer will pay a holdover fee of $0.05 per Barrel of Product per day in addition to any Throughput Charge.

Licensee shall pay to Licensor a daily charge of $1.50 per square foot of rented space for each day the Licensee continues to occupy the Garage or Storage Unit beyond the Expiration Date or the date of earlier termination (the “Holdover Fee”). The daily payment obligation of the Holdover Fee is in addition to, and is not a substitute for, all other remedies available to Licensor under applicable law or in equity.

ROOMMATE VACANCIES In all cases where a Room is occupied by two or more residents, each occupant will be charged the appropriate double- or triple-Room rate.
