Helicopters. No employee will be required to work under a hovering helicopter. The Employer agrees to honor any state safety rules covering helicopters. The ground crew will be furnished a radio with the helicopter frequency while working with helicopters.
Helicopters. Section 3.52.Any contractor using helicopters to transport workmen shall pay one hours' pay at the xxxxxxx'x regular rate as a hazard bonus for one round trip to the job site. All additional flying during the work day shall require one additional hour hazard bonus pay during that day.
Helicopters. When helicopters are used in the hoisting, lowering of materials, or in the erection or dismantling of machinery, an Operating Engineer will be assigned to the project during the functional operation of the helicopters.
Helicopters. The use of helicopters (external loads) under the terms of this Agreement shall require a three (3) man crew, one (1) pilot and two (2) controllers. The pilot and controllers must have direct radio communications during the actual hoisting operation. The crew shall receive the hourly wage rate set forth in this Agreement for crane operators, and in addition, the pilot shall receive long boom pay up to a maximum length of five hundred feet (500’).
Helicopters. A. Initial Attack The closest available helicopter will be mobilized, regardless of the agency requesting the helicopter or ownership of said aircraft. The request will be placed through established dispatch channels to the agency administrating the helicopter base.

Helicopters.
