HEALTH PROGRAMME. 17.01 A nurse who contracts any infectious disease in the performance of her/his duties shall receive full treatment and medication at the expense of the Employer.
HEALTH PROGRAMME. 18.01 Where a medical examination is required to comply with a statute, a nurse may choose her personal physician. Any immunization injections required by the Employer will be provided.

HEALTH PROGRAMME. J-1 Appointment to permanent staff is made only on the right to examine and is subject to the suitability of the individual's physical health for the position to which they are being appointed. Employment and annual health examinations will be scheduled by the Hospital. These examinations will include chest x-ray and/or test for tuberculosis, as specified under the Public Hospitals Act. Such examinations must be taken by the employees subject to the limitations provided in the Act.
HEALTH PROGRAMME. 13.01 (a) Periodic health examinations may be scheduled by the Employer. These examinations may include chest x-rays and/or tests for tuberculosis as specified in Clause 56 of the General Regulations under the Public Hospitals Act. Nurses will have the privilege of examination by their family physician except for pre-employment physical.
HEALTH PROGRAMME. Medical examinations, re-examination and any tests required under the Public Hospitals Act and the Workers' Compensation Act, will be provided by the Hospital compliance with the Regulations. The nurse may choose her personal physician, at her own expense and time, for all such examinations, except the unless the Hospital has a specific objection to the physician selected. Current provisions the Collective Agreement relating to the provisions of x-rays, laboratory work, immunization injections, and gamma globulin and other programs shall be continued.

HEALTH PROGRAMME. 17.01 Immunization, X-Ray and Laboratory Procedures A nurse who, in the opinion of a physician, requires any of these procedures for any purpose specifically related to her/his work will have the services provided or when necessary, paid for by the Employer when they are not available through some public authority or through insurance in force on the nurse.

An employee who contacts Staphylococcus infection shall receive full treatment and medication at the expense of the Hospital.
