The headings and captions of the various subdivisions of this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and shall in no way modify, or affect the meaning or construction of any of the terms or provisions hereof. It is your responsibility to ensure that access codes are provided only to persons you authorize. You represent to us that each company representative and anyone else using your access codes has general authority from your company to give us instructions to perform transactions using our Online and Mobile Banking.
