Harmony. Construction Manager is advised and xxxxxx agrees that he will exert every reasonable and diligent effort to assure that all labor employed by Construction Manager and his Sub-Contractors for work on the project shall work in harmony with and be compatible with all other labor being used by building and construction Managers now or hereafter on the site of the project. Construction Manager further agrees that this provision will be included in all Sub-Contracts of the Sub- Contractors as well as the Construction Manager’s own contract; provided, however, that this provision shall not be interpreted or enforced so as to deny or abridge, on account of membership or non- membership in any labor union or labor organization, the right of any person to work as guaranteed by Article 1, Section 6 of the Florida Constitution.

Contractor further agrees that this provision will be included in all subcontracts of the subcontractors as well as Contractor's own contract; provided, however, that this provision shall not be interpreted or enforced to deny or abridge, on account of membership or non-membership in any labor union or labor organization, the right of any person to work as guaranteed by Article 1, Section 6 of the Florida Constitution.

CM is advised and hereby agrees that it will exert every reasonable and diligent effort to assure that all labor employed by it and its subcontractors for work on the PROJECT shall work in harmony with and be compatible with all other labor being used by building and construction contractors now or hereafter on the site of the PROJECT. CM further agrees that this provision will be included in all subcontracts of the subcontractors as well as the CM's own contract; provided, however, that this provision shall not be interpreted or enforced so as to deny or abridge on account of membership or non-membership in any labor union or labor organization, the right of any person to work of the Florida Constitution. Owner's liability for obligations, commitments and unsettled contract claims in the event of termination of this Agreement, shall be limited in accordance with an agreed to subcontract termination clause approved by Owner.
Harmony. Contractor shall be entirely responsible for working in harmony with all others on the work site when Contractor is working on University premises.

Harmony. ENERGY LIMITED, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (“Harmony”);
Harmony. The phrase “in harmony with” is synonymous with “in agreement, conformity or accordance with”.
Harmony. Xxxxxx’x final annual report; or (2) any additional materials submitted by Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxx pursuant to OIG’s request, whichever is later.
Harmony. Harmony has the following general responsibilities under this agreement: • Harmony will log all information from EOHHS required to establish contact information, document the nature and severity of the problem and EOHHS’s hardware/network environment (as applicable). • Each of Harmony’s support resources assigned to work on EOHHS issues will sign a user agreement that details required security and privacy practices in accordance with Exhibit B. • Harmony will attempt to resolve problems over the phone on the first call. • Once a support request has been submitted, designated Harmony support resources assigned to the support request will make themselves reasonably available, during normal business hours, to work with the EOHHS resources. • Harmony will escalate support request to next level of internal support within Harmony upon approach of established resolution targets. • All resolved tickets shall identify a probable root cause and corrective action taken to repair the issue or, in the event the issue is not fully resolved, the additional corrective action required. • Harmony and EOHHS shall mutually agree to ticket closure of Severity 1 & 2 issues.
Harmony. The Contractor shall furnish labor that can work in harmony with all other elements of labor employed or to be employed at the MBTA. The Contractor agrees that all persons in its employment for the purpose of managing or working on the MBTA's premises shall conduct themselves at all times in an orderly and proper manner so as not to annoy or offend persons or MBTA employees using the premises. Moreover, the Contractor, at the request of the Authority will, for cause shown, remove from work on the Contract any employee who shall cause any annoyance or offense as aforesaid. The Contractor further covenants and agrees that, in the exercise of the rights and privileges granted, its employees or representatives will not deface or damage the property of the MBTA, deposit or scatter any rubbish, debris, waste, litter, or other matter in or about said premises.
