Handling Services. (a) The Lessee or any Airline Sublessee may arrange for the performance of Handling Services on the Premises either directly or by contract with the contractor of its choice, which contractor shall not be another Aircraft Operator or Operators without the consent of the Port Authority; provided, that such contractor is a permittee or agrees to become a permittee and obtain permit(s) from the Port Authority for providing such services.
Handling Services. PLD EUROPE SA may only be held liable if these operations are entirely prepared by it, carried out under its direction and exclusively by its staff and with its equipment, including slings and ropes, and within the limits of Article 7. The instructing party undertakes to give PLD EUROPE SA all specific instructions and all necessary details, in particular on: - the nature and characteristics (size, weight, centre of gravity, etc.) of the goods; - slinging and roping needed, the slinging points; - the possibilities and means of internal access to the buildings in which the operation is to be carried out.
Handling Services. WECU shall provide all Handling Services required by the Project Group, provided that:
Handling Services. For the Handling Services, $[*] for each Revenue Pound loaded or unloaded from an Aircraft with respect to the Services provided by the Carriers pursuant to the Agreement. The term “Revenue Pound” will mean the weight of all cargo shipped by Amazon on an Aircraft, including the weight of ULDs, nets, tie downs, tensioning equipment, and any other equipment that attaches to, or gets loaded on, the Aircraft together with that cargo.

Handling Services. Zones’ duties as to Direct Order Goods, in each instance in conformance with the Statements of Work applicable Direct Order Goods (Exhibits A and B hereto as applicable) shall consist of receipt of the Direct Order Goods on behalf of Microsoft, inspections for damage to the extent indicated without opening or unpacking the package, opening packages with visible damage and testing as specified in the Statement of Work, delivery to the pertinent Microsoft location or employee and obtaining upon such delivery a Confirmation of Receipt, and such other duties as are stated in such Exhibits A and B, as applicable. Zones is accountable for such Direct Order Goods as a handler or custodian while the Direct Order Goods are in its possession, but Zones does not purchase or sell the same. The Handling Services are described in further detail in the Statement of Work attached to this Agreement as Exhibits A and B, as applicable. As the Direct Order Goods Statement of Work was not finished and accepted by the Effective Date of this Amendment, which is January 1, 2002, the parties have worked on such Direct Order Goods Statement of Work cooperatively and in good faith and the same is now complete and attached hereto as Exhibits A and B, as applicable. In the meantime, effective January 1, 2002, Handling Services have been provided on the basis of the provisions which are now reflected in the Exhibits of this Agreement. 5.
