Guest Registration. Every person regardless of age (0 to 100+), who is staying overnight or visiting the property for any length of time must be pre-registered as a GUEST. The person signing this agreement agrees to register all GUESTS within 48 hours of making the reservation. Under no circumstances may the number of registered guests ever exceed the maximum occupancy of the vacation rental. MANAGER will send an electronic GUEST USE AGREEMENT within 24 hours of booking. Person making reservation has up to 48 hours from booking to fill in the names and ages of all people who they intend to occupy the property during the rental period. If MANAGER discovers any unregistered guests or visitors, or property is over-occupied exceeding the maximum sleeping capacity, MANAGER reserves it’s right to charge the GUEST a penalty calculated by $100 per person per night multiplied by the total number of nights of the reservation for each unregistered person. Guest Registration. 4.1. Upon arrival to the Blue Mountain Resort please proceed to the Reception Desk for the registration with a valid ID- card or passport, and sign the registration card.
4.2. Persons not registered at the Blue Mountain Resort may stay in the Guest’s apartment from 7:00 AM to 22:00 (10:00 PM).
4.3. The Guest may not give his/her apartment for use of other persons.
4.4. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of a Guest who committed a gross violation of these T&C during his/ her previous stay in our facility, in particular caused a damage to the property of the Blue Mountain Resort or of other Guests or injury to other Guests, our staff or other persons present in the Blue Mountain Resort.
4.5. We may charge the credit card indicated in the Booking Form by the Guest with the amount due for the entire stay in our facility.
4.6. Earlier check-out shall not modify the amount due for the stay, unless otherwise provided by the applicable law (e.g. when earlier check-out is caused by our fault).
4.7. We issue and deliver electronic VAT invoices; the Guest accepts it by accepting these T&C.
4.8. The Guest may give a separate consent to establish an internal account at our facility for clearing the purchases of additional goods and services during his/ her stay at the Blue Mountain Resort (e.g. bills for bar/ restaurant and other payable services). This account will be assigned to the Guest’s apartment number. For securing the payment of the amount due we may ask the Guest to provide his/ her credit card details and pre-authorize the payment.
4.9. Upon opening the account referred to in sec. 4.8. above, the Guest may purchase goods and services in the Blue Mountain Resort with a payment deferred to the check-out time. All the purchases made during the stay at the Blue Mountain Resort will be billed to the Guest’s account. To activate this option the Guest shall:
4.9.1. inform our staff to add the amounts due for the purchased goods or services to his/ her hotel bill,
4.9.2. show our staff his/ her key-card to register it in the Blue Mountain Resort payment system and activate the account assigned to the apartment and to control the account limit,
4.9.3. provide our staff with some ID-data (the apartment number and/or the name entered on the registration card during registration in the Blue Mountain Resort) to verify the Guest’s eligibility to use the key-card and to purchase goods and services on a credit account,
4.9.4. sign the bill (s) issued by our staff to ...
Guest Registration. 1. Immediately upon arrival, the Guest is required to fill in a registration form at the front desk, providing all of the following information.
(1) Guest name(s), age, sex, address, and occupation
(2) Nationality, passport number, point of entry and date of entry into Japan (for non- residents of Japan)
(3) Departure date and scheduled departure time

2. If a Guest intends to use travelers’ checks, Hotel vouchers, a credit card or other non-cash means to make the payment indicated in Article 12, he/she is required to present it to the Hotel employee at the time of making registration as indicated in the previous clause.
