GUARANTEED SPEED. The SELLER guarantees that the trial speed at the trial draft after any correction undertaken in accordance with paragraph 3.5 of the Technical Specification is to be not less than the speed as determined by model basin testing in a Chinese ship model test facility, at a draft/trim condition corresponding to ballast loading condition, at a main engine output of Maximum Continuous Rating (MCR) 9,480 kW as stipulated in the Specifications, (hereinafter called the "GUARANTEED SPEED").
GUARANTEED SPEED. The service speed of the vessel not less than 13.80 knots at xxxxxxxxx draft of 13.3m and at 5950 kW(CSR of main engine with 15% sea margin) and clean bottom on calm (no wind no wave), deep open sea.
GUARANTEED SPEED. GUARANTEED SPEED. The SELLER guarantees that the service speed of the VESSEL after correction is to be not less than 14.3 knots ("Guaranteed Speed "), in mean draft of 12.20m at main engine output of 7,448 kW at 82.4 RPM (NCR) with 15% sea margin, with new and clean hull and propeller, newly painted hull, smooth and deep water, calm sea with no wind, no wave and no current as stipulated in the Specification. GUARANTEED SPEED. The SELLER guarantees that the trial speed at design draft (5.5m) at Maximum Continuous Output of the main engine (MCR), with clean bottom in calm and deep sea under heaufort scale of 2 or around is not to be less than 12.5 knots. The speed shall be corrected for wind speed and shallow water effect. The correction method of the speed shall be as specified in the Specifications.
GUARANTEED SPEED. The SELLER guarantees that the service speed at design draught (18.40m) and NCR 12,450 kW of main engine with 15% sea margin including 1100kW engine power for shaft generator with clean bottom on calm and deep open sea (no wind, no wave and no current) shall not be less than 13.75 nautical miles per hour. The service speed shall be verified by corrected trail speed under the calm weather (no wind, no wave and no current) and deep sea condition.
GUARANTEED SPEED. The SELLER guarantees that the service speed is to be not less than 14.3 nautical miles per hour at design draft (12.2m) at CSR of main engine with 15% sea margin with energy saving devices (Xxxxx Duct) with clean bottom on calm and deep open sea (no wind, no current and no wave) stipulated in the Specification. The trial speed shall be corrected for wind speed and shallow water effect and wave correction. The correction method of the speed shall be as specified in the Specifications.
GUARANTEED SPEED. The SELLER guarantees that the service speed at light ballast condition, CSR of main engine with 15% sea margin, clean hull under the calm weather (no wind, no wave, no current) and deep sea condition stipulated in the specification, after correction, is to be not less than 14.6 nautical miles per hour on the trial condition, with 4.30m draught at bow and 7.70m draught at aft (hereinafter called the “Guaranteed Speed”). GUARANTEED SPEED. The SELLER guarantees that the trial speed, after correction, is to be not less than 14.3 knots at the designed draught moulded of 12.2 m. The trial speed shall be corrected for wind speed and shallow water effect. The correction method of the speed shall be as specified in the Specifications.
GUARANTEED SPEED. The SELLER guarantees that the trial speed at the designed draft of 5.5m for fully load condition at CSR (90% MCR) of main engine with 15% sea margin, is to be not less than 12.5 nautical miles per hour. The speed shall be corrected for wind speed and shallow water effect. The correction method of the speed shall be as specified in the Specifications.
