Germane. A teacher shall be paid on the BS/BA+15 lane or higher if the credits earned are germane to the teacher’s teaching field or part of a definite career plan in the field of education as approved in writing by Human Resources.
Germane. Credits to be considered for application on any lane of the salary schedule must be germane to the teaching assignment as determined by the School District or Superintendent. At the discretion of the Superintendent, credit for application on the salary schedule may be given for a course germane to the areas of licensure of the teacher/assigned position and for courses required for coaching certification.

  • Normal Business Hours Those hours during which most similar businesses in the community are open to serve customers. In all cases, “normal business hours” must include some evening hours at least one night per week and/or some weekend hours.

  • Examination You are responsible for promptly examining each statement upon receiving it and reporting any irregularities to us. If you fail to report any irregularities such as forged, altered, unauthorized, unsigned, or otherwise fraudulent items drawn on your account, erroneous payments or transactions, or other discrepancies reflected on your statement within 33 days of the date we sent the statement to you, we will not be responsible for your loss. We also will not be liable for any items that are forged or altered in a manner not detectable by a reasonable person, including the unauthorized use of a facsimile signature machine.

  • Business Hours All Service Requests (other than in relation to faults) entered into OSS/BSS by Service Providers outside of Business Hours on any Business Day will be deemed to have been received in the first Business Hour on the next Business Day and Service Levels will be calculated accordingly.

  • Inspection The Issuer agrees that, on reasonable prior notice, it will permit any representative of the Indenture Trustee, during the Issuer’s normal business hours, to examine all the books of account, records, reports and other papers of the Issuer, to make copies and extracts therefrom, to cause (at the expense of the requesting party) such books to be audited by Independent certified public accountants, and to discuss the Issuer’s affairs, finances and accounts with the Issuer’s officers, employees, and Independent certified public accountants, all at such reasonable times and as often as may be reasonably requested. The Indenture Trustee shall and shall cause its representatives to hold in confidence all such information except to the extent disclosure may be required by law (and all reasonable applications for confidential treatment are unavailing) and except to the extent that the Indenture Trustee may reasonably determine that such disclosure is consistent with its obligations hereunder.
