Normal Business Hours Those hours during which most similar businesses in the community are open to serve customers. In all cases, “normal business hours” must include some evening hours at least one night per week and/or some weekend hours.
Examination You are responsible for promptly examining each statement upon receiving it and reporting any irregularities to us. If you fail to report any irregularities such as forged, altered, unauthorized, unsigned, or otherwise fraudulent items drawn on your account, erroneous payments or transactions, or other discrepancies reflected on your statement within 33 days of the date we sent the statement to you, we will not be responsible for your loss. We also will not be liable for any items that are forged or altered in a manner not detectable by a reasonable person, including the unauthorized use of a facsimile signature machine.
Business Hours The term “Business Hours” shall mean the hours of 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday (federal and state holidays excepted).
Inspection The Issuer shall, with reasonable prior notice, permit any representative of the Indenture Trustee, during the Issuer’s normal business hours, to examine the books of account, records, reports and other papers of the Issuer, to make copies and extracts therefrom, to cause such books to be audited by Independent certified public accountants, and to discuss the Issuer’s affairs, finances and accounts with the Issuer’s officers, employees, and Independent certified public accountants, all at such reasonable times and as often as may be reasonably requested. The Indenture Trustee shall and shall cause its representatives to hold in confidence all such information except to the extent disclosure may be required by law (and all reasonable applications for confidential treatment are unavailing) and except to the extent that the Indenture Trustee may reasonably determine that such disclosure is consistent with its obligations hereunder.
OBJECTS 1.01 The objects of this Agreement are to maintain a harmonious relationship between the Company and its employees, to provide an amicable and equitable method of settling grievances or differences which might possibly arise; to maintain mutually satisfactory working conditions, hours and wages for all employees who are subject to the provisions of this Agreement.
Copying The Content Protection System shall prohibit recording of protected content onto recordable or removable media, except as such recording is explicitly allowed elsewhere in this agreement.
Purpose The purpose of this Agreement is to identify the terms and conditions of the relationship between TIPS and Vendor. Public entities and qualifying non-profits that properly join or utilize TIPS (“TIPS Members”) may elect to “piggyback” off of TIPS’ procurements and agreements where the laws of their jurisdiction allow. TIPS Members are not contractual parties to this Agreement although terms and conditions of this Agreement may ensure benefits to TIPS Members.
