Germane. A teacher shall be paid on the BS/BA+15 lane or higher if the credits earned are germane to the teacher’s field or are part of a definite career plan in the field of education as approved in writing by Human Resources.

Germane. Credits to be considered for application on any lane of the salary schedule must be germane to the teaching assignment as determined by the District. Credits mandated for certification by the legislature will automatically qualify regardless of teaching assignment. To qualify for moving from any salary lane to the next (i.e. from BA degree lane to the BA+15 lane), all credits (computed on a quarter credit basis) beyond the BA degree must be graduate credits in the teacher's assigned teaching field or as requested by the District.
Germane. Hours to be considered for a lane change must be germane to the teaching assignment as determined by the administration. Hours not approved can be challenged through the meet and confer process. Hours to be considered for a lane change cannot be earned while a teacher is being paid by the School District during professional leave or other assignments.

The Indenture Trustee shall and shall cause its representatives to hold in confidence all such information except to the extent disclosure may be required by law (and all reasonable applications for confidential treatment are unavailing) and except to the extent that the Indenture Trustee may reasonably determine that such disclosure is consistent with its obligations hereunder.

  • OBJECTS 1.01 The objects of this Agreement are to maintain a harmonious relationship between the Company and its employees, to provide an amicable and equitable method of settling grievances or differences which might possibly arise; to maintain mutually satisfactory working conditions, hours and wages for all employees who are subject to the provisions of this Agreement.
