GEOPHYSICAL DATA Sample Clauses

The GEOPHYSICAL DATA clause defines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the collection, ownership, and use of geophysical data, such as seismic surveys, gathered during the course of a project. Typically, this clause specifies who owns the data, how it may be shared or disclosed, and any restrictions on its use by third parties. For example, it may require that all geophysical data collected be provided to the project operator and prohibit its use for unrelated projects without consent. The core function of this clause is to ensure clear allocation of data rights and responsibilities, thereby preventing disputes over access to and use of valuable geophysical information.

GEOPHYSICAL DATA. 15.1 Proprietary Seismic Data. ------------------------- Should at any time prior to or during the term of this Agreement, Company or Chevron acquire any proprietary seismic data covering a portion of the Contract Acreage, the acquiring Party will notify and will allow the other Party access to this proprietary seismic data subject to any contractual limitations or restrictions bearing upon such data. The acquiring Party may grant the other Party a license covering that portion of the acquiring Party's proprietary seismic data covering the Contract Acreage upon the other Party's request. The fee to be paid to license the seismic data, and the licensing agreement to be executed between the Parties, will be negotiated at the time the Party elects to license the data. Company or Chevron must submit a written proposal to the acquiring Party prior to the termination of this Agreement proposing the license of a portion of the acquiring Party's data. Failure of Company or Chevron to submit such a proposal, or in the event the Parties are unable to negotiate a mutually agreeable licensing fee and/or licensing agreement, will terminate the acquiring Party's option to consider licensing its data to the other Party. The acquiring Party makes no representation and will have no liability to the other Party regarding the accuracy or completeness of any data disclosed to the other Party hereunder. Any such information or data provided hereunder is provided as a convenience only and an reliance on or use by Company or Chevron is at Company's or Chevron's sole risk.
GEOPHYSICAL DATA. All of Seller's seismic, geophysical, geophysical, geological, geochemical and other geotechnical information and data not specifically transferred or licensed to Buyer; and
GEOPHYSICAL DATA. All basic geophysical data including the following:
GEOPHYSICAL DATA. Air photos, satellite imagery, airborne and ground geophysical survey data acquired, used, or generated by the program, including but not limited to all raw data, will be provided to ▇▇▇▇▇ along with adequate documentation as to dates of survey, contractors, and sources of information.
GEOPHYSICAL DATA. The Contractor shall keep the general geophysics data and shall give one copy to Government Representative in accordance with Government Representative's verified Regulation.
GEOPHYSICAL DATA. Prior to an assignment of interest in the Lease(s) in a Phase I Prospect, Phase II Prospect, Phase III Prospect or a Subsequent Phase Prospect, each of Delek and TSEI, acting independently, shall purchase the underlying base seismic data covering each such prospect. Each of Delek and TSEI, acting independently, shall provide GSEI with a letter from MULTIKLIENT INVEST AS and TGS-NOPEC Geophysical Company, confirming that Delek or TSEI, as applicable, has been granted a license(s) to the underlying seismic data covering the applicable prospect(s). Upon receipt of such letter, and as permitted by GSEI’s Master License with its seismic data providers, GSEI shall, within thirty (30) days after confirmation from the seismic vendor that Delek or TSEI, as applicable, has obtained a license to the underlying data, provide such Party with access in GSEI’s offices to, and with a copy of, any interpretations, maps and other analysis owned or controlled by GulfSlope, insofar as same covers or pertains to seismic data covering the applicable prospects at reasonable times and during GSEI’s working hours.
GEOPHYSICAL DATA. A. SK shall acquire and provide to ▇▇▇▇ seismic data covering and including the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Area at the cost as set forth on the Cost Allocation Schedule (hereinafter the "▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Data"). The license for the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Data shall name both SK and ▇▇▇▇ as licensees with equal right to the use of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Data. SK shall, at their sole cost and expense, provide to ▇▇▇▇, reasonable access to the geophysical workstation located at SK's offices in order to properly, timely, and independently evaluate the geologic and/or geophysical merit of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Area. Additionally, SK shall provide to ▇▇▇▇ access to all associated well data, engineering data, geological data, and any and all other geophysical data or information which SK possesses within the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Area, including but not limited to interpretations of existing seismic logs, cores, and production history. B. SK shall obtain reprocessing of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Data covering and including the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Area at a cost as set forth on the attached Cost Allocation Schedule. The reprocessed seismic data shall be owned in equal shares by SK and ▇▇▇▇. C. SK shall engage the services of a geophysicist to interpret the acquired and reprocessed seismic data covering the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Area and the AMI at a cost as set forth on the attached Cost Allocation Schedule. D. SK shall at its sole cost and expense provide the initial interpretation of the seismic data for exploration and development of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Area.
