General Precautions Clause Samples

The General Precautions clause sets out baseline safety and risk mitigation requirements that parties must follow during the performance of a contract. It typically outlines general duties such as maintaining a safe work environment, adhering to applicable laws and regulations, and taking reasonable steps to prevent accidents or damage. By establishing these broad obligations, the clause helps ensure that all parties are aware of and actively manage potential risks, thereby reducing the likelihood of harm and promoting overall safety throughout the contractual relationship.
