Future Phases. The Developer and County acknowledge that Phase Two and all subsequent phases of will require approval by the Teton County Planning Administrator demonstrating that the plan for that phase is in substantial accordance with the approved and recorded Master Plan for the Development as defined in Teton County Code 9-3-5-C and D. Final plat submittals for future phases shall require review by the Planning Administrator and approval by the Board of County Commissioners, as long as the final plat of the future phase conforms to such Master Plan. If the Teton County Planning Administrator determines that the final plat of the future phase does not conform to the Master Plan, the Developer shall comply with Teton County Code 9-3-2 (D-8) and 9-3-2 (D-9) (as amended 11/14/2008).
Future Phases. The Sub-Area Plan and Exhibit B set forth a plan for the later phases of the development of the Waterfront District. It is anticipated that (1) Phase 4 and Phase 5 will not begin for a significant period of time, (2) the development of the Facilities may require, as yet, unidentified funding sources, (3) additional investments in, as yet, unidentified, Facilities by both parties, may be needed in the future to support continued redevelopment of the Waterfront District, (4) Phases 4 and/or 5 will require an amendment of this Agreement, and (5) the City and the Port may likely agree to changes in the Sub-Area Plan that reflect the development to that date and the marketplace conditions. Therefore, the description of the actions in Phase 4 and Phase 5 are predicated on a future agreement between the Port and the City, potential addendum to the EIS, and identification of funding sources, including state and federal funding sources.

Future Phases. The Developer intends to complete Celebration Acres Subdivision in one, single phase.

Future Phases. The Project Schematic Drawings for subsequent Phases of the Lincoln Logistics Redevelopment Project, if different from the Phase I Project, shall be submitted to the Urban Design Committee for review. In the event the Urban Design Committee does not submit its recommendation to the City as to the Private Improvements shown on the Project Schematic Drawings for subsequent phases within forty-five (45) days after receipt of the submittal, then Redeveloper may submit such documents directly to the Mayor for his or her review and approval.
